The phone I received had connection problems. Cellular Gallery offered to replace the phone and said they would send a replacement by 2nd day Fedex after the same day they received the original phone back. They received the original from me on Monday 5/5/2025. Thursday 5/8 I still hadn't received the replacement and emailed them for an update. Friday 5/9 I received a USPS tracking number from them. They had sent the replacement that day and I won't have the replacement phone until Monday 5/12. Assuming USPS delivers on time, which is always suspect. I don't recommend buying from this seller although at the time of purchase I thought I was buying from Walmart.

If you spent that few minutes 3 weeks ago when I 1st reported the issue, you could have saved me and my wife hours of aggravation missing a multitude of calls, trying to troubleshoot the problem with Samsung, waiting more than a week for the new phone to arrive and then experiencing the same problem with the replacement phone that I needed to trouble shoot all over again. The fact that the replacement phone was not sent out for more than a week after I returned my phone was inexcusable although you were comfortable in blaming it on being out of town, being sick or your assistant not doing her job. Before you left town when you 1st realized that the phone that I returned was operating properly why didn't you call me to explain how I should properly access my calls on the replacement? That would have warranted a positive review. When I left there was at least 5 more people waiting and another 5 or more who came in and just left without even putting their names on the list.

Why take the appointment then?? Anyways, the rest of the staff was very eager to help and overall they were nice. However, i walked in looking to get the advertised deal for an iphone 11 for $10 a month. The main focus of the advertisement was that this deal is for "new AND existing customers". The staff her told me I would be forced to open a new line that's the only way to get the deal or add some kind of ghost line to my account. I didn't understand this and starting asking a couple price comparisons and what not between the different iphones, every price they gave me was completely wrong. Eventually I just stuck with the 11 feeling super unsure and frustrated at this point and they said it was be $25 a month but insisted (too many times) I put more money down to reduce my monthly payment. After an hour of trying to check out they tell me the system is down and they'd call me when in worked again. They were extremely apologetic but at that point i was almost relieved that i was walking out with nothing from them because of their lack of knowledge and professionalism. P.S. I asked if every stores system would be down and they said yes, however, I decided just to check in at another store and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a brand new iphone for the deal i was told i couldn't get....never got a call from this location about the system coming back up or anything! It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.
