I have had my offices phone lines down for over 5 hours and I am still awaiting a tech. They have given me 3 different timelines and refused to send over a technician until they receive a payment! They want me to buy a 10 hour support block at 175/hour. THEY WILL WANT YOU TO PAY $1750 JUST TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND POTENTIALLY FIX IT. POTENTIALLY! AS IN NO GUARANTEE! Then if they consume those 10 hours trying to repair it and it is not resolved you need to sign another agreement!!! THEY REFUSED TO TROUBLESHOOT ON THE PHONE! This company is a cancer to my business and has absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. 10 AM - "We have a technician in the car heading to you, they will arrive in 1hr 30min. Please have our check ready." 11:30 AM - "We will not dispatch the technician until you have confirmed that they check is ready" -- Already did this on the phone. Twice. Sent an email this 3rd time. 11:45 AM - "The technician will arrive within the hour as long as we have an agreement on purchasing 10 hours of block time." 12:30 PM - "The technician has just been dispatched, they will arrive within the hour." This company is a joke. This isn't the first time something like this happens either. I am sure there are some very knowledgeable technicians working there, but their business operations simply do not work. This company is clearly more concerned about collecting payment than correcting the issue. NO customer service. NO urgency. NO help.

I should have WALKED AWAY right then and there as all real estate closings I've had in the past have flat fees! (Whether selling or buying a property) It was a complex purchase and unfortunately the expensive property had been trashed by an angry tenant and furthermore was found to have high levels of mold everywhere. Mr. Kahn was going to charge me over $ 8,000 for the closing (that did not occur). I, along with my realtor, was SHOCKED. As I had to cancel the purchase of my future home, I am willing to pay him $ 1,500 but not the thousands he wants. Anyway, it's a GOOD GOOD if expensive lesson for me. NEVER agree to a loose legal payment situation. EVER

After calling a few local…read morecompanies, most of the reputable well known companies wouldn't touch the rock work and cave we have. So we did some research and found the company who did the pool and waterfall, rock and cave work 20 years ago. Rocking Waterfalls. We called Dan and he came out. We were so lucky to meet Dan and experience the joy he shared in seeing a pool he did so long ago. He remembered how everything worked. He could tell where previous owners made modifications. Our pool equipment needed to be replaced, and the entire pool and rock work needed a facelift. Dan was honest and fair with us from the beginning. We knew what we were getting into, he told us what might, or might not work, gave ideas and suggestions, and worked to make us happy. His crew was amazing, friendly, clean and we were comfortable having them in the backyard doing their work. And they were patient with all the little nit picky things I would ask them to fix or change. We have a large tile sailfish on the bottom on our pool, made with tiles, and we wanted to save it when we did the diamondbrite. Dan's crew took their time to chisel the cement around it and it now looks like we just put it in. Very impressed with the process to save the sail fish. Fast forward a few months and our old pool has had a facelift, new diamondbrite and the waterfalls, cave, spa all look beautiful and work. They actually work. All the bells and whistles work and we love going in the pool again and enjoy our backyard. Dan saved our pool, brought it back to life. We loved meeting Dan, working with him and continue to communicate with him on new ideas for the backyard. Dan has been there to fix the pool pump motor recently when the brand new pump stopped working, or the gas line didn't work. I know I can call Dan and he will be there to help. We are so thankful we did our research and found the original builder to bring the pool back to life.
