While they may be proficient with other devices, I cannot recommend them for Apple products based on this lack of transparency and care. I ended up having to repair the phone myself, at my own expense, after uBreakiFix left me with a useless device. To add insult to injury, when I tried to explain the situation again recently, I was told by an employee (Alex) after he spoke with Cesar Hernandez, that uBreakiFix refuses to take any responsibility. This is after nearly a year of trying to get them to do the right thing. uBreakiFix clearly doesn't care about its customers or its reputation. They are quick to take your money but refuse to stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. Find a reputable repair shop - even if it costs a little more - it will save you a mountain of frustration and potentially save your device.
