Even when I bought a new iPhone from this location I was having major issues with the phone due to the transfer going wrong and my e-sim being set up incorrectly. I came through Florida for a few days for an experiment we are conducting out of FLL airport, and needed some emergency computer parts. They were nice enough over the phone to say they were going to look through their spare electronics and computers to see if they could salvage the part. They texted me 10 minutes later with a picture of the part next to a ruler so I could see if it was the right size. I went in and bought it for a very fair price.
