My family has held a business account with multiple lines for over a decade and still had a 4 digit pin. I needed to download call logs for an important court case. Because sign-in credentials were old, I got locked out attempting to sign in to download. Called 611 and was instructed to go to a physical location for assistance and brought all information rep said that I needed. Arrived here and a small man came over, quickly, but implicitly gestured annoyance when I explained why I was there. Then, he outright refused to help, because my name is not the same as the primary account number (in Mom's name). Despite having everything that I needed, he insisted that I sign in to the already locked account. I explained why this was not possible, which is exactly why I was there, but he insisted I do so and would not help, otherwise. I knew it wouldn't work and was on a quick break without time to waste. Small man stated, if you want help, you're going to have to "bring your Mommy". I'm over 40 and it is our business account. This is a very critical matter and I've spoken to multiple reps who told me that I had all information and authorization needed for assistance. Thus, I became very frustrated, and though certainly not proud of it, I cursed at him, while leaving. He chose to curse back and would not let other employees help. Linzeal, unfortunately, was the person assigned to "help me." What a DISASTER! She made things WORSE! Even though they had tons of routers, she sent me an hour away home to sit and wait for several days for a "warranty service" of their faulty router instead of just handing me one and letting me on my way. While she was "helping" me, she took a phone call and spent WAY too much time talking to someone who called midway while she was "helping" me. Unreal! Honestly this location kinda sucks in comparison I call the number and they tell me to cancel my line in the store, so of course I drive down to this location and they tell me I have to call...again. Okay sure I call the number again and he tells me they're supposed to do it in the store, if this location is good at anything they excel at wasting your time. Even when I bought a new iPhone from this location I was having major issues with the phone due to the transfer going wrong and my e-sim being set up incorrectly. So glad I made the switch from AT& T. Having loyalty with them got me no where. Took advantage of the 55 essential plan now I pay $60. for two lines for me and hubby. That's a$2,400 dollar savings a year plus they paid off my old phone up to $800. and through my AAA who sent me this deal we got another $50. each in the form of a gift card all monies went on my Apple Pay so that in total was $3,200. I came to this location so they can activate both my phones. Went here on a Saturday as it is close to home. The staff at this store couldn't be any nicer. What a disaster for the Company. I already bought a device called Sync up Tracker. I'm tried multiple times to activate during 10 days and had nothing to do. 611 was terrible. I receive three times replacement devices but the problem wasn't the device. I have been a customer for 8 years as a business account and when I saw Magenta 55 for Seniors I jumped and move my two lines to save money. I was never told leases couldn't be moved so I ended up paying full balance on my leases to close the business account. After they kept billing me with no phones on the account or leases. This went on two months and several calls to 611 until a great expert Michael finally fix and credit the account and close it. Saturday I went to the store in Coral Springs FL talk to Chris to trade my One Plus 9 5G for the One Plus 10 Pro. The price of the new phone 799.95, They offer to pay 400.00 by crediting me 185.00 towards the 799.95 leaving a balance of 215.00 of the 400.00 promotion to be credited over a period of 24 month to pay for a 8.95 lease in effect making it 0 to me. The problem they gave me a rating of 3 making the down payment 615.00 plus my trade valued at 185.00. All this gimmick for ending up paying cash if I wanted to walk away with the 10 pro. 615.00 out of pocket plus 185.00 actual value of my trade adds up to 795.00 and for 4.00 more it's a cash deal. You figure it out, the 24 month was a scam story to make me feel good I suppose or simply shows no respect thinking all customers are dumb and they will fall for it. To me is not only very disrespectful and discriminatory after paying several lines for 8 years, auto pay, never a day late, they all insisted on telling me that was because I only had 5 month with the account. I asked a supervisor, tell me what a Tier 1 client deal is, she said the system could not tell her ? Stay away is going to be my 1 star rating in all media platforms. The 3 stars is for T-mobile company. The store and personnel I would probably give a 4 since it is easily accessible, the lines are short, and the personnel are professional and really try to work with you to get the best deal. Sometimes being a loyal customer doesn't pay. You are used to a certain deal and getting free phones and then its 14 years later every policy they ever had has changed and no one can give you a straight answer as to what is the best plan, your old one, or the new ones. Now my phone is defunct and out of warranty. So obviously I want a new one, but when the phones used to be free and now they`re $600+ it's a whole new ball game. This is especially true when you look around and figure out that with how much more other companies charge per month, thir "free" phone ends up costing just as much. Essentially, upgrading anytime and no contracts means you pay more. As long as you realize there are no amazing deals on a new phone, then you'll be very happy at this location. read more

Bought a screen protector with the assurance that if something happened to it would be replaced. After 1 month the protector lost the glue and fell off (PUREGEAR). Went to the store and they dont have any replacement available, and now they tell me to go through the manufacturer, which I know is going to be a lot of time wasted and never a guarantee that it will be replaced. I'm tired of things being offered and promised just to make a sale, and then let us go on our way and when a problem arises, the solution is to go to the manufacturer instead of them helping out and doing as they promised. read more

On entering, I was asked to stand so far away I couldn't even reach to hand the employee my phone. He asked me the same question 3 times and immediately said "no, we can't do that". He offered no help whatsoever. So, I went to the T-Mobile in Dania (417 Sheridan) and not only did they help, they took extra time to transfer my information and answer any questions I had. Expensive Mobile Cell Service TMobile has acquired the Metro PCS company and its prices are climbing higher each month. You can find less expensive options with other companies and even when you leave other companies will treat you more professionally. This is a company that will not hesitate to send you to collections for a bill that is Under 150.00, and although I fully intend on paying the bull the tactic of using a lawyer for that amount is beyond silly. I was here about 2 weeks ago and received the most incredible service. I showed up today for an issue with a new phone for my son. I was attended to by "Jorge". He was incredibly rude from the minute he started speaking to me. I was unsure if I paid for a screen protector when I ordered the phone online. He replied with "I mean, other you know or you don't if you paid for it or not". I explained to him that I am unsure because I was speaking to someone in another country when I ordered it and the entire ordeal took over an hour. He stated he didn't understand why I didn't know if I purchased one or not. I asked him if he could check for me. That was followed by a big breath before he looked it up. Not cool. She was not only there to help my old mother for almost 2 hours to transfer her plan from Sprint to T mobile but also she was on the phone to me (In Canada) to explain the best possible plan we can get so I can translate it to my mother who has a language barrier. She was very polite, very professional and had a loving character. My mother was very demanding and had difficulties understanding how her new phone works, but she stayed calm and kind the whole time try to help her. We are very satisfied with her customer service and we strongly recommend the T.mobile Hollywood location to everyone especially Zahara. She is awesome. I had a terrible experience today at this location. First I call in a gentleman by the name of Jose answers. I ask jose if they have any iPhone 14 Pro's in stock which he tells me yes we do but I don't have time I'm extremely busy you must come to the store, so even though I live in Miami, I drove all the way to the store, I entered there was no clients there. Maybe they were busy a little while earlier who knows but I located Jose and Said had spoken to him and would like a phone he said oh yes, and he proceeds to bring out a box. I couldn't tell exactly if it was an iPhone 14 pro which I had asked him, but it seemed like it, jose began the process of upgrading my phone to that phone by doing all the sorts of things you have to do like switch off the iPhone locator in and other things and at one point, he tells me he can't proceed anymore because my phone is in their system as a yellow phone instead of a black phone and therefore he can't go through with the process. I asked jose if there was anything you could do given the fact that my phone was never yellow and it must be an error, and he said no the system cannot be changed. Nobody can change the system. It's impossible to change the system. I thought that since the human race had already been to the moon, this endeavor might've been somewhat easier but according to jose and Ruby, his manager know getting to the moon would've been easier for them. So I called 611 to try to see if there was anything they could do and they ended up calling the store and well. The lady from 611 called me back and said there was nothing we could do that they could just do the trade over the phone although it would take a month because the iPhone 14 Pro is hard to get so it takes about a month instead of picking it up right away in the store. Where this gets better is that I stopped at another store on my way back to Miami near Aventura and the lady there assured me that of course I get treated and they can override it and I even asked her to call the store but they quickly told her owner we sold it so she didn't have to go through this again anyway, I realize they're a bunch of con artist at this location and would love to Discuss this with any manager or owner of this location. Customer service I can tell on yelp you guys are doing fantastic. You have two stars at five. Clearly, I am right about my intuition because clients don't lie and reviews. Worst Cuatomer experience EVER. I upgraded my samsung 8 phone to a 9. After I paiying for the . We begun the transfer of infomation at 619pm from 1 phone to the other. After 2 Plus hours Mike the Mánager told me that they close at 9pm and if by 9pm the transfer was not completed. I would have to start over and begin the process the next business day. I requested to take both phones to my house so I can complete the transfer there and I was willing to leave $1000 to insure I was comming back with my ole phone. Instead, Mike kick me out of the Store. Stating that he needed to clock out at 9pm and if I was in the Store he will have to call the police! I will never go back to that Store again! read more

I am pleased enough for TMobile service, However, when I purchased my husband's phone at this location it was a nightmare. The person who was helping me took on another customer during my purchase. He realized he was not going to get credit for my purchase because he didn't log in and another agent was getting credit. Finally after almost 2 hours and closing I was helped by another agent. I went in to upgrade for an iPhone 7 Plus. As we were checking out the sales person kept trying to upgrade us with all types of products and services which we declined. He then asked us about insurance on the phone and I told him my personal credit card provides my cell phone with insurance coverage and that I didn't need to purchase their insurance. He then said "the iPhone 7's come with insurance" but that we can "call and cancel" in a month to avoid the $12.99. I was surprised to hear that because I'm aware its YOUR choice to purchase insurance or not. So I told him directly "We don't need it, we already have insurance, can't you just click NO on your screen?" and he blatantly said "No, iPhone 7's now come with insurance and there's no way to decline it, but call to cancel in a month" after he blatantly basically said we had to get it, I didn't continue the back and forth. It didn't sit right with me so I called T-Mobiles Customer Service 2 days later and told them what happened and asked if that was true. And sure enough customer service apologized and told me that it is THE CUSTOMERS CHOICE to either accept or decline insurance. They then credited me back the prorated amount of like $2.50 for the 2 days but instead gave me $5.00 credit for my misinformation. I'm really annoyed that I was misled just for the sales person to make their sales quota. I don't think customers should be tricked and inconvenienced to have to call in a month to cancel ANYTHING we didn't have to get if we didn't want to. So be careful. Remember you HAVE a choice on what products and services you want. Don't let anyone fool you into buying a product or service. I just can't believe the blatant BS. First of all let me start by saying I like and appreciate the service T-Mobile provides me with . This store however I did not like at all. The sales man was a shark trying to get me to purchase items and upgrades the whole entire time. Then when it was time to check out the safe was on a "security lock " I was told to wait 10 or so minutes before the safe would open to retrieve my new phone" after this waiting period was over and I was done being persuaded to buy more accessories or upgrades . Now I am told that because the computer system already thinks I purchased the phone I have to now wait 20 more minutes for the computer to refresh my sale . Don't ask me it makes no sense but I said whatever sat down for about 5 min into the waiting time and then got up , canceled the entire order and drove over to the Tmobile store in Aventura by Lomans Plaza which was very quick and a swift visit I left from that store happily with a new phone and feeling much better despite my experience earlier from the Hollywood Blvd location by the Target. I will not recommend that store to any tmobile customers and don't feel that their associates effectively do their jobs or represent tmobile accurately. I upgraded to a Galaxy J7 ($250), found out when I got home that it was $100 cheaper online but the kicker was it was $60 off on their own website!! Showed back up at the store first thing this morning long story short they would not waive the $50 restocking fee or honor the lower price. These guys are really slick. All he kept telling me was how low my monthly payment was. The case and a glass screen protector were $40 EACH!! (BTW, I never saw the bill, he stuck it in my bag).To make matters worse I also got a $20 "support charge". I am beyond pissed off.
