I told him "that best buy was going to give me $190 for my old phone and wanted to know if I turn in my phone if it qualifies for the $800 credit.) He said "YES" i said are you sure bc if not I rather keep the phone since I had just gotten a refubished one 3 months ago. He once again said "YES". Once he game my paperwork to show I turned in my phone it said $135 and I asked him "what does this mean" he said "its just the condition of the phone" and I had told him its pretty much new no cracks and 98% battery health. once again I asked him are you sure I will qualify for the higher credit for turning in my phone he said "Yes". I mentioned to him" for $135 I would rather keep the phone since its just a 3 month old phone (new in other words) So thinking he knew what he is talking about since he works there I walked out. Now I got my bill and only got $135. He just caused me more then a $135 credit could have sold it for plenty more Iphone 10 w/ 256 GB. They should really have people on the floor that know what they are talking about. A man attended me who did not have a name tag and would not offer me his name, who was somewhere around the age of 50 or so years old with a height of somewhere around 5'5. In addition, when this employee put on my screen protector he left it with air bubbles and he told me and I quote that "those air bubbles disappear by themselves and with the heat." Because of this I was not very pleased, and I had kindly asked him if he could put it on again to try and avoid having air bubbles, as a result of this, he had tried to put it on once again and the same result had occurred. I was beyond disappointed and asked for my money back. Once I had asked him for my money back he responded back to me saying that there are no refunds. I was very disappointed and unhappy with these set of events and as a result of these events I will NEVER be coming back to this store EVER AGAIN!!

This place is a rip-off, my dad went yesterday to get his phone repaired, he had it replaced by the…read moreservice person, and the phone was not workin. I think they probably tried slipping him a refurbished phone or something. He ended up going back 3 ADDITIONAL times to try to get it fixed and the phone just wouldnt work at all. He ended up having to buy a phone that worked from another store. When he spoke to the manager, Valentin, the manager was rude, didn t know anything about cell phones and was very unprofessional and said Policy is no cash refunds. and said absolutely no way. my elderly dad is now stuck with a broken phone, with no return policy and out of over $100+. Horrible service, Horrible professional ethics. THis happened at their Other location on Bird Road managed by same guy and owned by the same person.
