I left my phone on the roof of my sister's car when she was leaving the other day. When I couldn't find it I used a localizing app to find it on I-75, completely smashed and broken apart. It wasn't turning on and I thought I completely lost all my storage. I bought a new phone and went to them to see if they could somehow restore my data. The man was completely honest with let me know what my options were. He took the time to hook up my motherboard with new parts so I could download my information and let me stay there to make sure everything went through. If I hadn't gotten the new phone I would've let him rebuilt it from scratch because I could see his expertise. He has over 10 years experience and was very professional. I received an email telling me my device had been repaired and ready for pick up. I had picked up my device a week before and it was't fixed and I didn't even get an explanation to anything that was done. I will tell you the truth I went back to you guys because I had fixed my phone there and they had done a good job. But this time around I really don't know what happened the service was bad and so was the help. I even went to pick up the tablet and wasn't given an explanation of any kind. Jeff was absolutely amazing!!! I have only praise for this Techy. He knew what was wrong with my screen immediately as it wasn't cracked but wasn't turning on. Also, my screen was repaired in less than an hour, and it was also super reasonably priced! He also put a new screen protector on for no extra charge and they have a lifetime warranty on both parts and labor in case the parts they use are faulty which gives me a lot more security that they are using high grade products. Best part was that we already planned on going to Walmart today so we got to go shopping while we waited for my phone to be done! 100/10 read more

I found them off Groupon and I'm so happy I did! My phone broke in July and I lost everything on it, including contacts I've had since high school and college and some photos (so much for the cloud). I got a new one but still wanted some numbers back. I took my phone here and they told me they couldn't fix it but would sent off ~somewhere~ to see if they could, and if these other people couldn't fix it they wouldn't charge me for it.
