This place is conveniently located near my hotel. I was greeted with a smile immediately upon entering and asked how I could be helped. I was a walk in and apparently had perfect timing. I was sat right away after I picked my color. My tech was so nice and warm. She was gentle while cutting cuticles, but firm on my leg massage which was perfect. The citrus sugar scrub, leg and foot massage and hot towel were perfect. Overall, I was very pleased with my service and my purple toes are just what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed and it was nice having the place to myself. As soon as my pedicure was over, four people walked in. Timing is everything. After tax my pedicure was 37. I think that is a great price for this service.

Now, I'm the farthest thing from a cheater on either account, but I had a weak moment when I was offered a rush interview two days away, in Atlanta. My stylist was off the day I found out & I was pressed for time so I went to a place that will remain nameless.. (unless I do another review just for them..) to have my hair quickly shaped up again. To my dismay I left looking worse than when I went in. Now as far as the other stylists go in the salon, I can't attest for them since I've been loyal to only one. They are very nice, but have never been the ones to make me beautiful after I've let 6 inches of roots cascade down my previously blonde hair. :) After the straying to the not so great place I called April, my stylist, defeated to see if she could squeeze me in the day before I flew out for my interview. She was off, but knew how important this was to me so she made some major arrangements and got me in for an appointment. This woman is so great, she had me come to her HOUSE because she knew how much this meant to me. I did the walk of shame into her house, but she fixed me right up again. This is obviously not a normal practice of a hair stylist, but April goes above and beyond and it has meant the world to me. I have gotten to the point to where I can go in there looking like a train wreck and come out looking like a Mercedes. I tell her to do whatever she wants and I always come out feeling amazing. I can get a cut, multiple colors & my eyebrows done for an extremely awesome price. If she leaves I'd follow her anywhere because you just don't find such amazing customer service as what I've found with her. April is one of the few who I've found that doesn't view this as just a job. She takes pride in making you feel great about yourself, and if you don't she won't let you leave until you do. I'm always reading where women are looking for a new stylist, and whenever I can I send them to April. She is awesome in every sense of the word and you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't go to see her. I would give her double the stars on here if I were able to. She is the best, and I'll never do the walk of shame again. :)

When the nail tech began the filing process, she was pretty aggressive, a theme in reviews past. She was rough to the point my skin was cut open and bleeding (pic after cleanup attached). My nails came out nice, but I don't believe beauty is pain. Carefulness will outscore speed with me every time. I'm open to trying another location which was closer but did not answer when I attempted to call ahead.

When I went to remove my fingers from the bowl, I was told to put them back in. (I should have left then) My manicurist cut two of my fingers with the cuticle nippers. My thumb bled quite a bit and she was not apologetic at all. My manicurist switched halfway through. The second person working on my nails CUT THE SCAB OFF OF MY THUMB and made it bleed again. Luckily the manager gave me neosporin. The manager left twice during my manicure to yell and curse at children outside that were "harassing" them (they were just being kids. Knocking on the door, etc.) I hate leaving such negative reviews but the salon wasn't clean. The employees weren't nice. My manicure was painful, and they were in a rush and didn't give me three coats so the manicure itself doesn't even look good. I wouldn't go to this location. Again, I NEVER write such negative reviews but my experience was wildly bad.

Men describing in great details, sex with their own children, and with animals...the cu*t word was going across the screen..it was extremely graphic and lasted the entire time i was in there. I told the boy that was doing my nails, that there was a bad show on the tv, about sex with children and animals, and he just glanced at the screen and said " I can't even really see it", and just went back to my nails. Lots of girls go to these places. They need to watch what they put on their tv. And if it's brought to their attention, I would have expected them to change it. I'll find another salon.

I am a customer for life. Whenever I want something specific, I just bring a picture of what I want my nails to look like. I've even had my nails look like opals. My nails have always been prone to bending and breaking and showed them how it was an issue even when wearing gel nails. They introduced me to hard gel nails and changed my life forever. Now my nails feel strong and protected with the hard gel. Everyone always cleans as they go so there's never a mess. They keep paper towels and such nearby to make it easier to keep things clean. Sokha does my hard gel nails and she's a delight to talk to.

(Last time about a 10min wait, this time about a 3min wait!) I just get a regular pedicure. They have a great selection of colors. Both times they have done a great job cutting my nails. They also give a long scrub/massage, which is very nice, and the lotion smells so good! Both times they did good with the nail polish, but left just a couple tiny spots that should have been cleaned up. No biggie, though! I will continue to come back! :)
