I had an appointment at 3:30 for an Ombré SNS and pedi. After being passed around to my 3rd tech, she airbrushes the ombré on and when I ask her if she's going to clean up the skin around my nails she tells me it will come off when I shower....? I didn't even get to get my pedicure because they didn't finish my nails until 5:27. I don't know in what world it takes 2 hours to **not even finish** nails. She didn't even start the ombré until I was there for a hour and half and then told me "well, sometimes ombré nails take a long time". My last appointment, 2 weeks ago, I asked for Ombré but they said the tech didn't know how to do it so I specified this time and this is what I'm leaving with. I WON'T be back. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS NAIL SALON!!!! I got my nails done by the owner (not sure what her name was, I forgot) but she was incredible. The place doesn't exactly look top tier but definitely trust the work. My nails are sensitive so she used a hand held nail file instead of the drill, and was super detail oriented. You can also tell that she is a master of her art. Her lines were precise and she only did one take! The prices were also super reasonable. I paid $68 for this set of acrylics, not including the tip. Would definitely come again. I'm making this my home salon from now on! read more

I used to get my nails and feet done here all the time since it so close to my house, but I never left thinking "wow these look amazing". They were just okay. Mainly bc the nails were raised. I stopped going when I found a much better nail salon. Well, before vacation my daughter and I waited last minute to get a pedi, I called my nail place and they were full (expected,bc they are amazing). So I had to resort to coming here. When we sat down a man started doing mine,handed me a brochure on different pedis. I told him I wanted the $30 pedi(classic). About 15 mins a later a lady started doing my daughters she asked which pedi, I told her she wanted the $25 express pedi and finger nails painted. She said ok. Before my guy started doing the extra things on me(hot towel,lotion massage,etc.) the lady was already painting her nails and almost finished! So in other words she only spent a few mins doing my daughter's pedi. I didn't say anything bc I'm not the complaining type, but then we went up to pay she informs me that since my daughter is over 10 years old that it was $5 more making it the same price that I paid for my 15 minute longer pedi plus the extras I got! Btw, my feet are in great shape it's not like they had a lot more to do with mine. My guy took his time and gave me a great pedi unlike her. My daughter's feet still had some dry skin and when I asked her about it she said "since she is young we can't use the same things we use on older people" (but still $5 more bc she is over 10yrs). So, I questioned her and she argued with me, so I didn't tip her and I almost didn't tip my guy bc I was so mad at the business, but didn't want to take it out on him. Nowhere on the brochure does it say anything about age and also on the back it has its own child pedi section. I believe she knew she did a crappy job and knew I wasn't going to tip much, so she charged more. A tip is based off service! I could have saved $40 and just painted her nails/toes myself! I will never go back here even last resort. read more

Paid $38 for a pedi and left with basically painted nails. The bottoms of my feet looked and felt the exact same way. The nails are not even trimmed right. I called to complain and got the "ok I'll let her know", nothing else offered!!! then after arguing that I'm out money and didn't get what I paid for, I was offered a 20% off my next pedi. I told her I do not think that's fair as they didn't do 80% of the work this time! She then asked me what I wanted.. I told her to come in and redo what they didn't do the first time. I got there and she told me that she was just going to soak my feet for a long time.. . are you kidding me? I told her the lady didn't do anything, that's why my feet are still rough. Came here with a girl friend to get a French manicure for a wedding I had the following weekend. When we arrived, we were greeted and seated almost immediately. We were originally seated together, but I decided I wanted to do acrylic nails instead of gel, and had to move because I guess the girl I originally started with could not do acrylic? It was fine, though. The nail salon is not huge and I was still close enough to my friend to chat a bit. The guy who ended up doing my nails seemed like he may have been the owner. He was extremely nice and talkative. Maybe too talkative, because sometimes it's nice to just relax and not talk in a salon-setting like this. But he was friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. For a full set of french manicured acrylic nails, it was $35, so I was pretty happy with the pricing too. I don't typically get my nails done up in Maineville, but if I was in the area again, this is where I'd go! read more

My nails look nice, but I wanted an SNS manicure and they only took my old polish off and put on new polish for $40. There was no cuticle trimming or hand massage, so I guess I'm just upset I didn't really get a manicure and just got a polish change. But my nails do look good. read more

$80+ post tip for a gel pedicure in Maineville (or anywhere) is absolutely ridiculous. I got the deluxe which is $45. However I wanted gel which I know can be a little extra. Well not $25 extra!! After tax and tipping $10 (no way was I tipping on that extra $25) my total was $84. My nails are fine but nothing special and they didn't even spend that long on the massage or anything like that. I wanted to support a local business but now I will be going back to Ambiance who charges extra for gel but it's something like $10 and even with the better pedicure it comes out about $25 cheaper. read more

This place is by far the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I moved to this area over the summer and tried out a few other nail salons before finally finding Indulgence. I go every three weeks and I always see Winn. But everyone there is so professional and does phenomenal nail! I always bring in pictures of nail designs I find on Pinterest, and they can recreate them for me flawlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend this nail salon to anyone and everyone. This place has gone downhill over the past year or so. I've given them several chances to redeem themselves, but just keep leaving disappointed. I've had two bad pedicures here over the past three months. I could have done a better job myself at home. My last shellac manicure was the worst I've ever had. The polish was bumpy and uneven. Today I went in to have SNS polish removed that I had done at another salon and a manicure. I sat there in a chair for 40 minutes with acetone on my nails before anyone came to remove it. When I left there I noticed that there was still SNS polish left on a couple of my nails, so they're rough feeling. I won't be going back there again. read more

Horrible service. Third time in. Row they have told me 5-10 minutes and continue to extend it until it's 45-60 minutes later. Beware when they give you a time that's it's just to hook you to stay and sit there for an hour waiting. I had been to this location under the old management and thought it was okay. I was excited to go again, seeing that it had so many positive reviews with the new owners. However, I was very disappointed. I went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure. During the pedicure I was actually in pain from the rough handling. My toe bled for a good while during the pedicure. It and the rest of my feet were still sore the next day. I kept telling myself that it would be worth it when my toes looked great afterward. However, my big toenail chipped within two days. My manicure was better, but it chipped in 3 days. The prices are a little high here and not worth it for painful procedures that don't even last a week. I thought a pedicure was supposed to be relaxing? I will not be back, which is sad because the location is convenient and the salon looks lovely. read more

I went in to have powdered nails removed. The man used the metal tool on my think nails and damaged them so bad the bent like paper in some spots both immediately after and as they grew out. My nails are still a mess as sone spots still have the powder and others are worn thin. read more

This was my first and last time. I went for a pedicure today, after waiting patiently for a good 45 minutes I got a delux pedicure. She asked if I would like gel polish and I said yes. I went to checkout and she charged me an additional $25 for gel. $70 total for a pedicure. I have NEVER been charged $25 additional dollars for gel polish. $5 or $10 always. I asked her why she didn't tell me and she said oh I probably should have. Horrible. Small town, what goes around comes around. read more

My nails were in pretty bad shape due to having acrylics on for a bit, but the nail tech Glady did an amazing job!! She made them look amazing without drilling like other salons I've been to do!!
