They are always quick to fix and trade out the item that was wrong. Just at the pharmacy yesterday and was a few early for our appointment. No problem! Great service and we were in and out ASAP.

Worst Walgreens in America. I bought cards there. When I went to pick them up I told the lady…read morehelping me I wanted to make sure there were enough envelopes. She assured me they had counted and the lady next to her started to chime in that they gave me extra incase I messed up. At this point it would have been rude of me to open the box and check after they were both assuring me I had plenty of envelopes. Once I got home I found I had less than half the number of envelopes I should have had. That's right, less than half. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and didn't care. He told me if it was important to me to have enough envelopes then I should have checked myself. He didn't seem to think his employees should do their job and actually fulfill an order accurately. He didn't care about wasting a costumer's time to have to come back to the store to pick up more envelopes because his employees made a mistake. He egged me on to file a complaint with corporate and kept shoving his name tag in my face. He walked away from me telling me he didn't care. This guy's name was Tim. Then there was another woman working there at the front counter who was mocking me. This is the kind of people they employee there. I filed a complaint with corporate and they promised the General Manager, Mark, would call me back in two days to address my experience there. I never heard back. As General Manager he is hiring people that can't do their job, that are rude, don't value customer service and he himself doesn't care about following up on a bad experience in his store. This is the last time I will shop at Walgreens. This company really needs to teach employees how to do their jobs and to be nice to their costumers.

The male pharmacist lacks people and communication skills. If you don't have patience to read it…read moreall, just skip to the end. (**) Twice, this pharmacy has had trouble getting one of my prescriptions in stock. Neither time did they offer an apology or anything in the way of getting it from somewhere else. The first time I did eventually receive it - fine, it's not something I take every day. This second time, I ordered it via their automated system as usual......they texted me that it was out of stock (again) but would be in soon. Then 5 days later......they texted me it's too soon to refill, so I went into the store to find out what was going on. The only thing two things they told me were that (1) the meds should be in any day and (2) they would make a note on my account and could refill it on 12/26. By 12/26 I had not heard anything so on 12/27 I requested a refill via their automated system, which said it would be ready the next day 12/28, by 3:00. I didn't make it in until 12/29, but I get there and they tell me.........my prescription expired and I needed to go back to my Doctor. NO phone call, text or email to that matter. Again, the last thing they told me was they could refill on 12/26. Naturally I was pretty heated and frustrated by the whole lack of communication. Long story short, in all this, he never apologized for any of the miscommunication or lack of stock and then proceeded to tell me that he would not refill anymore of my prescriptions ever again. ** And despite the fact that I had inquired at least three times in one month about the status, the male pharmacist literally told me that I was as responsible as they were for managing my prescriptions and then with a smirk on his face he looked me in the eye and said, and I quote: "You don't need the refill anyway. You still have some." We immediately transferred all our prescriptions to the CVS in Kings Mills where I met the absolute nicest pharmacist staff who were beyond pleasant!
