Also had several other items to grab like sandwiches and snack cups. We got Wendy's to go. The lady at the counter was clearly not happy to be there. But we got our food quickly and accurately. However, this review is to bring light to the enormous holds they put on cards used at the pump. Almost all gas stations do this but the standard charge is supposed to be $75 for passenger vehicles and Visa/MC are supposed to only allow up to a max of $175 for this. I had a reserve hold (assumption) put on my card for almost $250! for filling up my car's gas tank. the charge is listed 2 minutes before the final real charge. Pilot has gotten in trouble for this before and so much so a class action lawsuit was filed; looks like they are still at it. If this was somehow flagged as such on the transaction i wouldn't have such a problem with it as I keep my balance clean and have plenty of available credit. However, the CC company can't distinguish this transaction from the actual one so there is the concern until it flushes out that this could be a fraudulent transaction.

This is an order-at-the-window operation. But I wanted quick(er). They were just restocking the breakfast burritos. It was hot and large. The tortilla was hot, but soft, and not the least bit crispy. Boo! The filling was very hot and very, very cheesy. The cheese dominates, overwhelming the eggs, ground beef and veggies. Next time, I will ask for light cheese. Seven people were ahead of me in the payment queue. The line moved very swiftly. The lady working the register knew her job and had zero wasted motions. Will I return? Yes.

Although the girl working at the cashier was super nice I proceeded to go to my car and open up the…read moreproduct that I had purchased which was expired and tasted horrible so I went back inside to replace it with the same item that was not expired the manager kept me there for about 15 minutes having to make sure that I actually purchased this item in the store because I was not given a receipt it was a digital receipt and I'm a Walgreens reward member and the email has not came through therefore I was stuck sitting there for 15 minutes while the manager couldn't have just exchanged the expired product for a product that was not expired. I thought for $1.99 I should just leave and forget about it but the fact that I had to waste 15 minutes of my time finding out whether I legitimately purchased it at that store I waited there to get my money back. Maybe they will look at their items more closely to make sure they're not expired before selling them to people hopefully I don't get sick from the expired food.

This particular store is located on the right (South) side of I-71, so if you are traveling toward Columbus it will be a very quick easy-off and easy-on. Even if traveling in the opposite direction, the 71 Pit Stop is easy to see and get to. The clerk was extremely friendly when I arrived, and the store itself was very clean and bright. The gas pumps were easily accessible and stocked. The interior of the store had everything that you would expect from a highway convenience store. I picked up an energy drink, a Propel, some jerky, and was on my way in less than five minutes. That's pretty much the definition of convenience.
