Although the girl working at the cashier was super nice I proceeded to go to my car and open up the…read moreproduct that I had purchased which was expired and tasted horrible so I went back inside to replace it with the same item that was not expired the manager kept me there for about 15 minutes having to make sure that I actually purchased this item in the store because I was not given a receipt it was a digital receipt and I'm a Walgreens reward member and the email has not came through therefore I was stuck sitting there for 15 minutes while the manager couldn't have just exchanged the expired product for a product that was not expired. I thought for $1.99 I should just leave and forget about it but the fact that I had to waste 15 minutes of my time finding out whether I legitimately purchased it at that store I waited there to get my money back. Maybe they will look at their items more closely to make sure they're not expired before selling them to people hopefully I don't get sick from the expired food.
