On my way from Louisville to Columbus, OH, I made a pit stop for a restroom and snack break. I was going to top off my gas tank but couldn't figure out how to make a credit card payment (my card wasn't reading?). I grabbed a soda, pretzels and roll of candy. Their bathroom was decent. After I waited in a long line the cashier stated that the lotto machine was down, I said a sign would be nice, he stated he did not have a sign because it just happened. Went over to the lotto machine where you can self print to see if I can get the ticket there, went back over to the register to ask him to get me change. He then replied we only give customers changed when I replied, well, I would not need it if your lottery machine was down. This fkr then told me to leave the store. Well, every time I drop somone off at Kings Island, I will make sure to avoid the store. read more

I'll definitely give this Speedway for actually having more than one person working, which is rare at other locations. It's probably the largest Speedway I've been to and it is very busy too! read more

Recently came here late at night for a few snacks after visiting the nearby Great Wolf Lodge. It's a great location with great access to the streets and main roads. Large, clean store with fair accommodations with friendly staff. Little to no people as well. In the middle of everything! read more

Went to Speedway got a drink bought it using my own cup to get ice warm charged me $.69 just for the ice that was in my cup really really petty. I have been going to speedway for 20 years at least never been charged for ice that was in my cup my own cup. read more

I had placed a DoorDash pickup order and one item was out of stock. Instead of canceling the item the super nice worker replaced it and even switched it at my request so I didnt lose the credit I had used to pay. I was so grateful for the excellent customer service. The store is also very clean and well lit outside. read more

The place was a mess. The cashier tried to overcharge me and didn't give me my speedy rewards points due to her error.

No changing table??? When my husband and I choose to stop here to take care of our daughter who has DIARRHEA, and come in to find out that the lady's room just doesn't offer that. It's shocking and ridiculous. Now that I know you don't have one, I'll be sure to choose other gas stations that PROVIDE IT. Unbelievable. read more

the worst experience ever!!!! on 10/26/22, I got to pump#3 to get a gas. The pump did not work properly. I went inside. The gentlemen with his lady-coworker who constantly were cussing ( I assume it is their natural communication skills) recommended me to prepay in the store. I prepaid $50 and got "motion sickness" pills for a kid in my car, came back to pump, but it didn't work. I came back to casher. This time he recommended me to try to lift the nozzle a couple of times and try again. I went to my car and tried to get gas again. The pump didn't cooperate. I came back again and told them that this is the last time I am coming inside... Then toothless gentlemen whispered something with his coworker (lady) and told me that the payment didn't go through... I paid again. This time he charged me $45. Pump worked and I got gas. However, next day I checked my credit card transaction, and they withdraw money twice from my credit card. I tried to call them, but each time phone is hanged up without answering even. I would like them to return my $50!!!!! read more
