She told me Truli You. I made an appointment and haven't look back. I enjoy coming to Jack. He is so easy to work with. I text him and make an appointment and then show up. Lol! Really easy. He does my nails and his wife does my toes. I love the way his wife shapes my toes nails and he shapes my nails. I am very picky about my shape so I enjoy coming here. I also like Jack because he can do designs within reason. Lol. He's good for simple designs which is what I get. My last shop could hardly do any designs and I didn't like that. I don't get designs every time. It just depends on what mood I'm in. I also like that they have a broad color selection at this shop as well. The customer service here is amazing. I don't have anything to complain about. However, if I did, I would just make my issue known to Jack and he would take care of it. Overall, I really like this nail shop and am glad I was told about Truli You.

The next day his big toe was infected (red & crusty). The redness spread to his legs the following day. I called to tell the owner and after speaking with him and also sending photos I was told well that's a blister (it most definitely is not). He asked what I wanted him to do about it, typically when a business has done something negative to a customer they will offer X% off their next service or financial reimbursement. The owner was not interested in that. Take this as a warning that although this salon's prices are lower than others you will also be exposing yourself to the possibility of an infection.

I am a customer for life. Whenever I want something specific, I just bring a picture of what I want my nails to look like. I've even had my nails look like opals. My nails have always been prone to bending and breaking and showed them how it was an issue even when wearing gel nails. They introduced me to hard gel nails and changed my life forever. Now my nails feel strong and protected with the hard gel. Everyone always cleans as they go so there's never a mess. They keep paper towels and such nearby to make it easier to keep things clean. Studio Nails is close to where I was sitting so I stopped in to get a fresh mani for the weekend. I was surprised at how nice the salon is, I had been in there years ago before their big renovation and it used to be kinda crappy and tiny. My, how things have changed. They expanded and now have high, sweeping ceilings, and at least thirty stations for nails. My nail technician was really nice and she was a perfectionist, taking care to make sure my Kanga-Ruby was perfect and that I was happy with the shape of each nail. It took a little longer than a normal manicure but I was extremely happy with the results. At $15.98 you can't beat it for a cheap indulgence!

Katie did an amazing job with my nails - when I came in, my acrylic nails were grown out and very…read morechipped. They were admittedly pretty bad, and starting to separate from the natural nail bed. I usually have/get acrylic nails with gel because I bite them, and I have had acrylic routinely for the past year. So, my natural nail underneath was long and I hoped I could save them during the removal process. My hope going in was to remove the old acrylic, and just do a gel polish on the natural nail - and not have to get a new full set. Katie was able to remove the old acrylic while maintaining my natural nails underneath. It didn't hurt at all. Then she added tips to three nails that had broken off, cut and shaped them to the same length. Next Katie used a special gel I'd never heard of before or been offered at any other salon to adhere the three tips and smooth out the nail. You literally cannot tell the difference. Then gave me a stunning natural manicure with a nude gel polish. She really worked wonders! I love my nails, they are finally natural and I haven't had any urge to bite them for two weeks. I really wanted to note that usually nail techs will not just add tips without using acrylic - but whatever that gel was worked perfectly and Katie knew exactly what to do to deliver what I wanted.
