We were originally seated together, but I decided I wanted to do acrylic nails instead of gel, and had to move because I guess the girl I originally started with could not do acrylic? It was fine, though. The nail salon is not huge and I was still close enough to my friend to chat a bit. The guy who ended up doing my nails seemed like he may have been the owner. He was extremely nice and talkative. Maybe too talkative, because sometimes it's nice to just relax and not talk in a salon-setting like this. But he was friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. For a full set of french manicured acrylic nails, it was $35, so I was pretty happy with the pricing too. I don't typically get my nails done up in Maineville, but if I was in the area again, this is where I'd go!

Cuticles were done with a drill instead of cutting. I was never asked what shaped I'd like. The SNS is done thick and lumpy. I had high hopes for this salon since it's close to where I live, but left very disappointed.

I only get regular polish on my toes and they always look perfect and last long when she does them. I will say that other reviewers are correct, if you are making a reservation give yourself some padding so you won't be on a time crunch getting out of there. The salon is bright and clean with plenty of parking. Go to Hi Sushi next door to make a time of it.
