My wife purchased for me gift of a massage "60 minute trigger point massage" by Emilie and Jenna…read more I called them several times at 513-332-3512 and always got their voicemail. After leaving several messages, I received a text back from either Emilie or Jenna. Apparently they work for a chiropractor and do the massage on the side are only in the Milford office one or two days per week. After several texts back and forth (no phone calls, oddly enough), I was able to make an appointment at their Milford office (as described in the Groupon coupon) several WEEKS out on Friday. I had a work meeting that day but I rescheduled it to keep the massage appointment. I showed up fifteen minutes early for my appointment as these planes typically have paperwork to be filled out. After fifteen minutes of being ignored, someone finally told me that my massage therapist wasn't coming in and was cancelling my appointment. They claimed that they did not have my phone number, even though we texted back and forth several times. I called to reschedule the massage but none of my phone calls were returned. What a big waste of time and a rip off! UPDATE: They still have not called me to reschedule, to apologize or to refund the money.

I really enjoyed my facial and massage by Chelsea. She did a great job and was highly professional…read more Even my husband enjoyed his session with Haven. I would totally come back here but I don't know if I will because we left smelling like cigarette smoke on our clothes. Getting a facial and massage is such a unique experience that leaving smelling like smoke is not something that I would expect. But I think if that's not a big deal for you - then you'll really enjoyed coming here. Potato, Poootatttooo right?

Upon referral from my Primary Care Physician, I scheduled an appointment for skin cancer screening…read morevia the phone a few weeks ago. The Phone Contact Center agent was nice, she entered me as a new patient, including all my insurance information. She confirmed my insurance was accepted. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told that the Milford office does not accept my insurance, which is odd because the phone agent said they did. The receptionist confirmed I was entered in their system as a new patient and that my insurance was also entered. But looking at my card she said I would have to pay out of pocket to keep the scheduled appointment. Neither the receptionist nor the office manager could explain why the phone agent could schedule me. Either their system is flawed, or it is a "bait and switch". I left the office and called the Optima Contact Center. The phone agent was apathetic and said. "What do you want me to do?" No one gave an actual apology. She told me I would get a call back, I have not gotten one yet. I will talk to my primary care Physician to stop recommending Optima. Hopefully they will figure out their mistake so future new patients have a better experience. Was told good things about the Milford Office, but my experience was not good as a new patient and a waste of my valuable time.

From the moment you walk in, you know that this is going to be a first class experience. The office itself is beautifully appointed. They even have a coffee and juice bar. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Schaen is very knowledgeable and pleasant. She took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and came up with a plan. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had the pleasure of meeting Renee and I was very impressed by her professionalism and…read moreattentiveness. She asked pertinent questions and listened carefully to my skin care needs. Based on what I said, she recommended a product for my hands. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and am happy with the product. During the same appointment, I also received the Micro Carbon Laser Facial. I was hoping to see an improvement (that is, fading) of sun spots on my face and neck, but I have to admit, I have not noticed any improvement. However, Renee did inform me at the time, that it may require more treatments to get maximum results. With that in mind I am planning on scheduling another treatment with her in the future. I hope to see some results then.

I wasn't going to write a negative review because I absolutely adore Amanda--she's been amazing,…read moreand her services are the only reason I stayed as long as I did. However, the way I was treated by the office was beyond unacceptable. I've been a loyal client since COVID, long before the office was even built. I've done the VIP facial membership, peels, and other services. Over the years, I've been canceled on numerous times--sometimes multiple times for the same appointment, even last minute--and I've always been understanding and flexible. On the rare occasions I've had to cancel, including last-minute due to illness, I've paid the full appointment price plus tip without complaint. While Amanda was on leave, I was booked with a newer esthetician (who I believe also handles administrative work and bookings). She performed the worst facial I've ever had--including failing to even power on the Bioloft machine. I kindly informed Renee, the owner, but still paid in full and was not even offered a replacement service. Recently, I've been dealing with serious health issues, including possible lymphoma/breast cancer. I woke up the morning of my scheduled appointment with a 103.6 fever. I immediately called, texted, and emailed the office. Rather than being met with compassion, I was met with rudeness and told I would be charged the full amount because I've had too many same-day cancellations. I even offered to come in sick to avoid the charge, which was declined. I strongly suspect the same esthetician who botched my facial was the one responding anonymously through the office text, as they avoid accountability by using no names or signatures. When I informed them I wanted to cancel my membership due to the poor treatment, they simply replied that it was 'for the best.' They then continued to antagonize me via text, even after I asked for all communication to cease. To make matters worse, they took my $150 membership credit for the month and canceled me without providing the service. After years of loyalty, it became clear they didn't value me as a client--likely because I don't fill my face with Botox and filler like their higher-paying Montgomery clientele. I also don't purchase their overpriced skincare, but I did invest in regular facials, massages with natural upgrades, and referred many new clients their way. Apparently, that loyalty meant nothing. If you're looking for a place that values relationships and treats all clients with respect--not just the ones spending big bucks--do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are far better, more ethical businesses out there
