They also refused to prorate or refund any portion of my payment. According to the employee I spoke with, the owner has a blanket policy of not issuing refunds under any circumstances. The owner was not very polite either while on the phone. I wasn't informed of the price increase until two weeks after my payment had been taken. After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

This location's saving grace is their wonderful employees!…read more Upper management very seldom even comes into this salon, they order bulbs for one bed every 6 months to a year at the most, and they have young women watch videos to learn how to change the bulbs. Is this practice really safe for their employees or the people paying a lot of money every month to tan in a bed where you could be electrocuted? In an effort to save all the money they take in from memberships, there has been corners cut on maintaining the bulbs. I refuse to purchase bronzing products that make it seem as if you are getting a tan from their weak bulbs. No matter what management tells their employees, the following is when bulbs SHOULD be changed. *Traditional Fluorescent Tanning Bulbs: Must be replaced every 500 to 1,000 hours of use (or every 3 to 6 months in a busy salon) because their UV output degrades long before the tube actually burns out. *LED Tanning/Light Systems: Typically last anywhere from 20,000 to 50,000 hours of operation depending on the quality of the diodes, power supply, and thermal management.

She is extremely knowledgeable and detailed (and she sprays you by hand and even rolls an instrument on the more difficult places such as the inside of your elbows to ensure it doesn't come off) and very honest... I told her I wanted to of course look super tan however she stated although she would do that for me, she wouldn't suggest going that dark because of my natural pale complexion and she then proposed what colors she would mix to make me look my best- I was hesitant but I agreed and she was absolutely correct... my tan looked amazing. The only con I have is more about spray tanning in general- I had to go to work right after I got this and I felt like I couldn't move for an hour (and had to be really careful with wearing a bra). I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her and I will go back.
