I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. Everyone is nice and personable. Everyone is so patient and allows you to choose the bed you want (same level) if there is a different model bed you like. I'll continue to go here for the convenience of my gym location, but give this one a remodel. Parking note: avoid going here during brunch time. It is the same building structure as First Watch and the parking lot gets packed. Lotion prices: not sure why people complain about this if you haven't done your research. Yes, the prices are ridiculous and outrageous, but it's a good way to make money and to trick newbies into getting fancy lotion. I recommend ordering from an outlet.
