I was offered to come back and spray tan for free. The results were the same. So I desupted the transaction with my bank and got my money back. It's been about a month and out of the blue I get a call from the owner Brandi harassing me so I hung up on her. She calls back and leaves me a message rambling on telling me I stoled from her and I wasn't welcome back. I was planning on going back anyway.

Everyone is nice and personable. Everyone is so patient and allows you to choose the bed you want (same level) if there is a different model bed you like. I'll continue to go here for the convenience of my gym location, but give this one a remodel. Parking note: avoid going here during brunch time. It is the same building structure as First Watch and the parking lot gets packed. Lotion prices: not sure why people complain about this if you haven't done your research. Yes, the prices are ridiculous and outrageous, but it's a good way to make money and to trick newbies into getting fancy lotion. I recommend ordering from an outlet. It's usually about half the price.

We were told by an employee that the coupon was no longer on their computer so we couldn't use it. She kept telling us that the promo they had on their monthly plans was so much better than the free 2 weeks tanning and that we should consider joining because the deal ends today. I wasn't interested in joining a place that couldn't honor their own coupon though..... Thankfully the assistant manager Mandy came up and over heard the conversation & found the coupon on the computer. After we tanned Mandy gave us undivided attention, showing us the other beds they had to offer, the membership promo they had going on (which was actually a really great deal), and the lotions they carried. We really felt like we were getting VIP treatment. She is so friendly and you could tell that our business really mattered to her. We became members and we are glad we did. So far I haven't had to wait for a bed which is great and the other day we came in a little before closing (by accident) but Mandy was there and didn't try to make us feel guilty for coming in so late, in fact, she talked with us after we were done tanning to make sure we were happy that we joined. Had it not been for Mandy we probably would have went to another salon to join because the coupon misunderstanding initially turned us off BUT I'm really glad we didn't because it turned out to be a really great place.
