I understand policies etc but Be Clear Up Front not leading a person 1 week to think they would have the necessary IV only to turn them away. All of this could have been presented at the 1st phone call inquiring about the service!!!! Don't wast people's lives when you can specify all your roadblocks in the beginning allowing one to Forego ever setting foot at RESTORE Hyde Park!
