Your appointments run on time and they have even been willing to accommodate me when I am running late. One time, they offered to put money in the parking meter for me so that I wasn't late. I forgot my appointment. The receptionist called me 10 mins after my appointment time. I said I could be there in two minutes. They said for a cut and color I needed the full two hours. I said that I would just get the cut and forgo the color but pay for it since it was my fault. They said no because my stylist already replaced me with another client. They were demanding I pay $185 in full for my missed appointment with no rendered service. I refused since I said I could come. They have now banned me for life from this salon. I had showed her a picture of what I wanted where the ends are all completely blonde. The majority of my hair is unchanged.
