I don't want to leave a terrible review, simply because the service may have been great, however I didn't get that far. I made an appt and had to cancel it due to an emergency in my family. I tried canceling it 2 days prior to the day I did cancel. The website wouldn't let me cancel and when I tried again the day before my appt, I guess because it was hour 23.5 prior to my appt at that point, I couldn't cancel then either. So a few hours later a woman calls me and says that I have to pay half the cost TODAY whether I cancel or reschedule. I explained the situation of attempting to cancel online and having problems doing so, thinking she would be understanding that I couldn't make it. Never did I say I wasn't going to schedule with her again, but she kept saying "because you didn't cancel in time" and telling me I had to pay half the cost that same day. Also, nowhere in the fine print did it say this. So, I paid the$65 or $70 and "rescheduled", but I will be cancelling that appt and I will never schedule with this person again based on the lack of compassion/understanding and misinformation. Life happens...let your people know you have to pay half regardless of cancelling or rescheduling. People want and need to know these things UP FRONT. Put it in the paperwork instead of blind siding people. This is why they lost my business. I was looking for a lash tech for life, but thankfully I found one once I had this bad experience. I went to Erica to get my lashes done for the first time. She did such an amazing job. My lashes looked great. She told me that they should last anywhere between 4-6 weeks. However, my lashes only lasted about 2.5 weeks before I needed a fill in. I decided to get them filled in again because I wasn't sure if maybe it was my fault for touching my eyes so much. I got them filled in and was very aware of keeping my hands away from my eyes the second time around. However, again, my lashes only lasted 2.5 weeks. I decided to get them removed because getting them done twice a month isn't reasonable or ideal. When I went in to get them removed she was extremely passive aggressive. It was very obvious that she was not happy that I was having them removed. I told her that I would be coming back eventually to get them done again because I really did love them but instead she did nothing but criticize the way I washed my face (without face wash Bc I'm allergic) and blamed the gapping lashes on me. Sadly i will not be returning due to her nasty attitude. read more
