I did not break out, have redness or any irritation whatsoever. Plus I received lots of compliments on how good my skin looked after! Several facial later, I decided to do a facial wax. I agree, with the other reviews... this is a new hidden gem located in Salon Concepts!…read moreAlthough I am no expert, it was my best Brazilian yet. Granted I have only had two (this being my second), it was a bit better than the first. By 'better' I mean a few things sets this place apart from my first experience. First, Gina was quick to get back with me on appt times and when I needed to reschedule the night before she was quick to respond and flexible to schedule with. Second, the experience was better... as mentioned in other reviews Gina was personable and talkative, to make the experience more comfortable and less awkward. Third, the 'coverage' was much more than the first one I received, for essentially the same price. I have already scheduled my next appt. and this looks like it will be my go to place for waxing!

Came here for the first time recently to receive the Summer Cool Down facial with Savannah and I…read moreloved working with her! She was fun to talk to and my skin looked incredible afterwards. The interior was very clean and feminine which just made it feel more fun. The only things that I think could be improved on are the music choice and the paperwork. I had checked in with someone at the front desk and they just went to the side room to chat with one of the other employees and it wasn't until Savannah came out that I was given several pages of paperwork to fill out. I had been waiting quite a bit for my appointment and it would have been so much more seamless if they had just given me that to begin with. Also the music choice was super bizarre - it was like early 2000's clubbing music which isn't necessarily the vibe I'm going for when I'm trying to get a spa treatment. Savannah is 5/5 but the front desk could definitely use some improvement.
