The manager did call, and I confirmed my cancellation. Despite that, I was still charged for three additional months after the date I canceled. When I called again to fix the issue, I was once again told a manager would contact me. No one ever called. Instead, two days later I received an email with a cancellation contract -- but it didn't address the three months of unauthorized charges at all. This has been a frustrating pattern of poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and incorrect billing. I canceled properly, twice, yet I was still charged and never given a clear explanation or resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
