I am…read moredisappointed that I can't be offered a similar bed at different locations, because one location has updated beds. The staff here is okay; it's hit or miss. The only reason I visit this location is for the updated beds. The Harper's Point location has the best service.

I show up for my appointment at the scheduled time and no one was there…read more First, I could not get into the office building. It was completely locked. I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.

Everyone is nice and personable. Everyone is so patient and allows you to choose the bed you want (same level) if there is a different model bed you like. I'll continue to go here for the convenience of my gym location, but give this one a remodel. Parking note: avoid going here during brunch time. It is the same building structure as First Watch and the parking lot gets packed. Lotion prices: not sure why people complain about this if you haven't done your research. Yes, the prices are ridiculous and outrageous, but it's a good way to make money and to trick newbies into getting fancy lotion. I recommend ordering from an outlet. It's usually about half the price.

I just waited an hour to get into a tanning bed with zero people in front of me for said bed. It just needed cleaned. There was a newer girl here by herself on a Thursday night? So she barely knew anything and obviously was slower which is why someone else should have been here. Plus she cleaned and helped like 4 people before me when I was here first...? A few other people were complaining too because it was taking forever for her to figure things out. Regardless - I'm over coming to this location. I like getting in and out of here, and that's never the case when I come here.
