First, I am incredibly particular about who touches my skin, so this was a big step for me. Well, I can't tell you how pleased I was. I tried the Glow & Go facial bar, particularly the Anti-Aging. It was amazing, so I booked my next appointment and invited a girlfriend to join me. So, if you're looking for a professional, relaxing, comfortable skincare boutique and luxury MedSpa, look no further than Jenny Simoon Face. I'm a regular and will continue to be! M. Johnson

I wasn't going to write a negative review because I absolutely adore Amanda--she's been amazing,…read moreand her services are the only reason I stayed as long as I did. However, the way I was treated by the office was beyond unacceptable. I've been a loyal client since COVID, long before the office was even built. I've done the VIP facial membership, peels, and other services. Over the years, I've been canceled on numerous times--sometimes multiple times for the same appointment, even last minute--and I've always been understanding and flexible. On the rare occasions I've had to cancel, including last-minute due to illness, I've paid the full appointment price plus tip without complaint. While Amanda was on leave, I was booked with a newer esthetician (who I believe also handles administrative work and bookings). She performed the worst facial I've ever had--including failing to even power on the Bioloft machine. I kindly informed Renee, the owner, but still paid in full and was not even offered a replacement service. Recently, I've been dealing with serious health issues, including possible lymphoma/breast cancer. I woke up the morning of my scheduled appointment with a 103.6 fever. I immediately called, texted, and emailed the office. Rather than being met with compassion, I was met with rudeness and told I would be charged the full amount because I've had too many same-day cancellations. I even offered to come in sick to avoid the charge, which was declined. I strongly suspect the same esthetician who botched my facial was the one responding anonymously through the office text, as they avoid accountability by using no names or signatures. When I informed them I wanted to cancel my membership due to the poor treatment, they simply replied that it was 'for the best.' They then continued to antagonize me via text, even after I asked for all communication to cease. To make matters worse, they took my $150 membership credit for the month and canceled me without providing the service. After years of loyalty, it became clear they didn't value me as a client--likely because I don't fill my face with Botox and filler like their higher-paying Montgomery clientele. I also don't purchase their overpriced skincare, but I did invest in regular facials, massages with natural upgrades, and referred many new clients their way. Apparently, that loyalty meant nothing. If you're looking for a place that values relationships and treats all clients with respect--not just the ones spending big bucks--do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are far better, more ethical businesses out there

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others deserve to know about my experience. I chose…read morethis nurse because I trusted the promises that were made regarding my treatment and expected professional, honest guidance. Unfortunately, those promises never translated into satisfactory results. Despite spending a significant amount of money and attending multiple appointments, I did not receive the outcome that was discussed. Each time I expressed concerns, I felt like I was given more reassurance and promises rather than meaningful solutions. Instead of feeling heard, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. What bothered me most was that I felt I was repeatedly given false promises about what would be done and what results I could expect. Looking back, I no longer feel those assurances were honest or realistic. When I raised concerns, instead of being met with understanding, I felt I was treated rudely and made to feel as though my face was the problem rather than the treatment I had received. Instead of taking accountability or genuinely trying to address my concerns, I felt blamed for an outcome I had trusted them to help me achieve. The final results were nowhere near what I was led to expect, and the entire experience left me feeling misled, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. Cosmetic procedures require trust, honesty, and accountability, and I did not experience those qualities here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. If you're considering treatment, I encourage you to do extensive research, ask detailed questions, seek multiple opinions, and choose a provider who communicates honestly, treats patients with respect, and stands behind their work.

I made an appointment for help, (which mind you takes forever to get into in Cincinnati) and they turned me away because my insurance got renewed a week ago and a copy hasn't come in the mail yet. I provided the new numbers/information digital bu they still refused me after driving all the way out here simply needing serious help with my skin. I understand doctors need to see proof of insurance, but she didn't at the very least even have the professionalism or decency to come out and speak to me about it, rather had the front desk shun me even though I was visibly tearful and stressed since I spent the time driving all the way out looking forward with getting help with my acne. So disappointed
