Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time -- I would not recommend Transform MD.
My experience with Transform MD has been incredibly disappointing from the very beginning. If I had not prepaid for a six-treatment laser hair removal package, I would have never returned after my first appointment.
For my very first appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early, yet I waited approximately 45 minutes past my arrival before I was finally called back to consult with the doctor about upper lip laser hair removal. After our consultation, the doctor simply got up and walked out of the room without telling me what I was supposed to do next. I was left sitting alone in an office with the door open and no explanation. After waiting there for a while, I eventually went back to the waiting room myself.
I then waited another 15 minutes or so when a customer walked in without an appointment and demanded to be seen immediately. She was seated in the waiting room, and approximately 10 minutes later, she was called back to receive her services ahead of customers who had scheduled appointments and had already been waiting. This was extremely frustrating and made it very clear that scheduled appointments were apparently not being prioritized.
Approximately an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time, I was finally brought back to receive my first treatment. An hour-and-a-half wait for a scheduled appointment is completely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. During my fourth treatment of the six-treatment package I had prepaid for, I was treated by a nurse who was apparently still in training. She treated only the left side of my upper lip and then told me I was finished. I had to point out that the right side had not been treated and ask her to treat it as well. I am still unsure why my entire upper lip was not treated in the first place.
Then came my most recent experience. After that fourth treatment, I scheduled my next appointment for September 5, 2026. I arrived for my scheduled appointment today, only to find that the office door was locked and nobody was there. I called the office and nobody answered.
I can only assume the office was closed because of the upcoming Labor Day holiday, which raises two major questions:
1. Why was I allowed to schedule an appointment for a day the office was closed?
2. Why did nobody contact me to let me know the office would be closed and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled?
This is not how a professional business should operate. Customers should not have to wait an hour and a half for scheduled appointments, figure out what they are supposed to do after a doctor walks out of the room, watch walk-ins receive services before people with appointments, question whether they actually received the full treatment they paid for, or show up for a scheduled appointment only to find a locked door.
The entire experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. There seems to be a serious lack of communication and very little consideration for customers' time or experience.
I paid upfront for six treatments because I trusted that I was purchasing a professional service. Instead, I have repeatedly had to deal with poor communication, long wait times, inconsistent service, and now an appointment that apparently never should have been scheduled.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before prepaying for a package here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Transform MD and would not choose to use them again once I have completed the treatments I already paid for. read more
