Despite spending a significant amount of money and attending multiple appointments, I did not receive the outcome that was discussed. Each time I expressed concerns, I felt like I was given more reassurance and promises rather than meaningful solutions. Instead of feeling heard, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. What bothered me most was that I felt I was repeatedly given false promises about what would be done and what results I could expect. Looking back, I no longer feel those assurances were honest or realistic. When I raised concerns, instead of being met with understanding, I felt I was treated rudely and made to feel as though my face was the problem rather than the treatment I had received. Instead of taking accountability or genuinely trying to address my concerns, I felt blamed for an outcome I had trusted them to help me achieve. The final results were nowhere near what I was led to expect, and the entire experience left me feeling misled, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. Cosmetic procedures require trust, honesty, and accountability, and I did not experience those qualities here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. You get a consultation, which includes discussion about any health concerns you have (hydration, hangover, jet lag, weight loss, better sleep, etc). They will build your regimen in the office . You are then hooked to an IV, placed in the best massage chair of your life, and hooked up to oxygen while you relax. You get about an hour of IV treatment and you're on your way.
