I had a consult for a lift on July 19, 2023. I had decided after having had a few other consults with other surgeons that i would have my surgery here. I was assured that I would not lose enough breast tissue for anyone to notice. I kept getting told i was getting a lift. Not a reduction. I secured financial responsibility and had all my visits to prepare for my surgery. On August 30th i went under the knife. Dr Steven Robinson didnt even have the decency to go and talk to my husband who was waiting for me. He called him. Very Unprofessional in my opinion. We had just spent $12,000. It would have been money well spent had he done his job and did it good. 20+ years "Dr" Robinson had been cutting into people and somehow I was the one that got butchered. My incisions were deep, crooked, he overlapped causing a crease in my skin under my arms and my left breast incision had been coming open and infected. I had to buy butterfly bandages to pull incision back together and that didn't even work. Not to mention I literally bled from my incisions for weeks. I went into surgery a DDD and came out a D....but I "didnt" get a reduction. I became very self conscious and didn't leave the house for 6 months. I had always been a big chested girl until Robinson cut into me. I had spoke to the office manager about getting some money back as all I had gotten out of this was a botched surgery and scars that will last a lifetime. (Not a lift) One of my scars (now that it's been almost 2 years) is literally 1.5" wide. I wanted a lift to feel sexy and now I'm scarred for life. I dont feel sexy i feel ugly and damaged. I couldn't wait any longer so I went to The Plastic Surgery Institue in Dayton where I got 440 cc's implants put in just to get back to a DDD. How did I get that big of implants if he didnt remove any tissue? After going back and forth with the office they refused to pay me anything. I even told the office manager about my implants. I asked how did I have to get that big of implants to get back to my size before surgery if he hadnt removed tissue. She didnt have any answer. I would not recommend for breast lift or implants. I had a friend that ended up with one good breast and one not so good. I had a good experience here with a doctor who no longer works here so I chose to come back but picked a different doctor than my friend used. I still 100% ended up with the same result Even though I went to a different doctor. I brought up my concerns multiple times and he kept telling me to give it time. Today I saw him and he blamed the condition of my breast on a recent weightloss even though I complained multiple times before any weightloss occurred. Then he told me I no longer needed to make any additional appointments. They will take your money but they won't make good on any mistakes. Buyer beware! read more

This past holiday season my mother decided to have some minor plastic surgery done. I won't go into the details because it will make me slightly nauseous. She chose to go to the Plastic Surgery Group. My mother's doctor was Dr. Leadbetter. He was a cheery guy wearing an Ohio State head wrap. Now for the interesting piece of trivia. Dr. Leadbetter's hobby is sculpting. Not people, stone! It kinda makes you feel better about the guy sculpting your body huh? Besides the fact that this place is the business of taking people in, chopping them up, and then sending them off, they did a good job with my mom. She is very happy with the results. Karen, the nurse who took care of my mom, has a great personality and she really bonded with my mom during her pre and post-op appointments. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was that directly after the surgery, sure they gave her a chance to wake up from the anesthesia, she was rushed to get dressed and get out. The woman just had major surgery! This angered me a little, I mean they had just cut her open! Everyone should think twice about getting plastic surgery. The healing process is hard. However, sometimes it is needed for health reasons. In either case, you'll be in good hands at this facility. read more

April 21, 2021 Scheduled filler injections with Dr Robert Hummel -we chose RHA filler which resulted in horrible bumps, indentations and the filler was actually placed above my lip (right side)- my face had no bumps or ridges prior. After six weeks (hoping it would resolve) I scheduled with Dr Williams for a different type of filler to augment the indentations. The morning of my appointment he called and was extremely rude - told me I should have scheduled with Dr Hummel to asses and fix the issue. I put him on speaker because of the loud, rude way in which he was speaking and my family was appalled. Why would I see Dr Hummel again after the terrible job? I've had filler injections by other doctors in different practices with no problems - this was a "technique" issue not my face issue, which was suggested. It was a horrible experience with this practice. The Picture below reflects the disastrous result. This review won't make a difference with Dr Hummel who said he pays no attention to online reviews-so I hope potential customers will heed my experience. read more

I was pleased that there were no hidden costs...very straight forward. I am one week post op and couldn't be happier with the outcome. My experience with this group from start to finish was flawless. I never waited more than minutes for my scheduled consult, pre-op appointment, or my follow up. Ok, so I've visited a plastic surgeon...but for good reason! I have hyperhydrosis, a sweating condition that can be treated with the injection of Botox cosmetic into the sweat glands. Because Botox is essentially a poison, it has been shown to reduce what the glands can produce significantly, if not completely. I'm terrified of needles so you can imagine my reaction when the plastic surgeon showed me the number of needles he was going to poke into my armpits that day. Fifty pricks in each side, he said. Ouch! I still went for the procedure as I'd heard such amazing things about the results. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. My doctor had a very calming presence about him and he assured me that if I relaxed, I'd feel very little discomfort. After the first few "pricks" I was able to slow my heart rate and, lo and behold, he was right. Not painful at all. Sadly, it turns out that I am one of the 10% of the population that is entirely immune to Botox (meaning later it life it won't take care of wrinkles either, darn). The procedure didn't work for me but I do still suggest it to others. If it works and gets you off daily oral mediation, I think it's worth it. My insurance covered half of the cost after long hours spent on the phone with the representative. read more
