I'm four months postop and finally ready to post my review! The month I turned 40 (feb 2023) I went in for a consultation with Dr. McKenna for a breast reduction and lift. After Birthing and nursing three children, I was ready to invest in myself! Dr. McKenna is the perfect combination of professional and friendly. He isn't over-the-top chatty because he's very focused on the task of accomplishing the look you what you want. He asks great questions and also answered a lot of my questions. The surgery went extremely well, however what I was most impressed with where the post-op healing instructions. Dr. McKenna and his staff called me every few days to check in on me and gave me specific things to do and not do. I will say following their instructions to the letter helped me heal extremely well. I had absolutely no complications. The end result looks amazing and I'm so happy I did this. I've since been back for Botox and micro peel facials. Everyone on staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses that helped prep me for surgery, the front desk and also Judy the esthetician! Never received a service here. Why the 5 stars- honesty is the reason! I had an appointment and upon my initial consultation was told my skin tone may prohibit me from having a successful outcome with laser hair removal. They told me to come back in a few weeks after my tan faded so we could reassess. I did so several weekend later and was told that they were sorry but I was not a good candidate for this procedure. Dr. McKenna and his staff are wonderful people but I should have researched more before choosing him. I decided to go with Dr. McKenna because my cousin did her breast with him and they turned out great. Mine on the other hand well...He is a great doctor if you already have a even breast and want to go larger. My breast were super asymmetrical and tubular which was double trouble. Dr. McKenna took on my case and I don't think he was prepared or equipped to work on me. First round my right breast remained high because of my scar tissue. Not a huge deal and he fixed it for free but the whole time before he told me that it did not look that bad. Come on one breast is sitting super high and the other is low and you're telling me that it does not look bad! Now here I am almost a full year later after my second surgery and my right breast bottomed out. I went back to Dr. McKenna and again he told me it looked fine! WHATTT clearly there is a separating pointing between where my breast tissue is and where the implant is laying. I gave him all the chances in the world to just say you know what Anna I am sorry but this was the best I could do. I would have been fine with that because I planned to go to specialist anyways but he insisted that my breast look great. I literally have an extreme double bubble and he took a picture and sent me on my way. The whole time with him he made me feel like it was my fault that I had tubular breast and the procedure did not work. If I was so difficult a case why did you take me on??? Now I have to get another surgery so my breast does not fall down to my belly button lord help me. 54 years old I have been considering a full tummy tuck for 15 plus years, but was afraid to do it, After all I had babies at home because I do not like needles and stitches and here I am considering to play the part of the girl being sawed in half. I was disgusted with my belly, every night I envisioned cutting it off myself. I had my first baby at age 17, and a few miscarriages and 3 more full term babies. My last was 10 lbs which really made the extra skin an issue. After being on the Depo Provera shot for years and then menopause, my belly became something I could not live with. I would lose weight and then have skin hanging, nothing made it look better. I interviewed several Doctors and after meeting Dr Peter McKenna and his staff, I knew he was the one. He was the only one that offered the 72 hour pain ball for the stomach muscle repair. He also has a state of the art surgery center attached to his office, which was very desirable for me, as I do not feel comfortable with hospitals. Once I found him, I wasted not time getting it scheduled. I had watched videos and been researching for over a year. Now I found a Surgeon I had total faith in,(I'm not going to lie, the many times he has been chosen as a top Doctor, helped) I was prepared for the worst pain of my life, but I knew it would be worth it. Friday 11/3, Day of surgery, I met the Surgery staff, who were just as friendly as the rest of the staff. I was in and out of there in about 5 hours and on my way home. Preparing for pain, I didn't really have any. I did have a bad reaction to pain pills, so immediately switched to Extra Strength Tylenol, them had a reaction to my nausea meds so completely quit that. I went back after the weekend for follow up and to have pain ball removed. I was surprised, I never had any pain in my incision, I had some tummy muscle pain, but was very careful not to aggravate it. I could not believe it when 10 days after my surgery, they removed my bandage on my incision and it looked great, it looked healed and still no pain. I thought incision would be the worst and it was the easiest. The worst part was the reaction to meds and the down time, because I am normally very active. My last appointment 6 weeks after, Dr. McKenna looked at my incision and said "It looks good". I said "I know, I had an expert do it"! My decision to chose Dr. Peter McKenna was a big part of this being the best thing I have ever done for myself. The results are amazing, I just wish I had done it earlier. read more

I had a couple procedures done there and the entire staff was wonderful, caring and professional. I think with the tummy tuck, more skin could have been removed and therefore, I have a pooch...dont get me wrong, it looks alot better than it did when I first went in there but I didn't spend that kind of money to have to wear a Spanx under a dress! I also referred someone there for breast augmentation and I was suppose to receive a few " freebies" as a thank you for referring her, that was several months ago and I have yet to receive my " freebies". Had my veins in my legs treated and paid a good fee for the treatment. No change seen whatsoever. Only thing they said was that I could pay to have it done again, that sometimes is takes many treatments to work. Wow, that would be a lot of money!!. I had this done years ago by a different vein treatment center and one treatment worked great! I think this is a rip off, and if no change occured, the serum they are using must be bad, Last time I had this done I was told no other treatment is neccessary unless more veins show in the future which they did. They took their time doing the treatment and were very nice,... BUT I would not recommend because of the results, unless you have endless time and money. read more
