I saw Dr Diab…read more First of all, do not let the scheduler experience convince you to go somewhere else. She tried to tell me I had to make separate appts for each issue. The waiting room was crowded, but staff is very nice. The doctor went through all my concerns and was very calm and thorough. My issues warranted medication, and for each he told me when I should see results by, and to reschedule if I didn't. He asked additional history questions to assure there couldn't be any other causes. When I realized a medication was not called in and I was missing some notes I called the office. The doctor called me back personally, called in the missing medication, and clarified anything my notes were lacking. He also apologized for the error. And again, asked if there was anything else. Amazing!

I left the last two Cincinnati Doctors because of poor screening with the first and poor billing practices with the second. I met with Dr. Brown for the first time in October of 2022. The nurse (her name escapes me) was professional and administered local anesthetic virtually painlessly. Dr. Brown seemed professional, and compassionate. She completed a full body check, froze some sites and took one biopsy. The administrative staff I have spoken with and met are pleasant and professional.

UC Health charges for a biopsy as if it were major surgery, and for wart removal by freezing as if…read moreit were surgery too. Then they go ahead and charge again for hospital services, as if the treatment were being given in a hospital instead of their offices. Service is by residents and interns rather than their house physicians, and they often leave you waiting for hour or more. They put a tiny bandage on my "surgery" and it bled all down my arm after I left the office, and I had to return to get the wart re-frozen. What's more, insurance didn't cover a lot of this, so I had to pay even more for this than I did for a recent hospitalization of two weeks!

I had the treatment done right away and once the scabs came off I saw that the moles were not completely removed. I could still see a faded mark where they were. I called the office and they said I would have to come back for another treatment and pay for it. In the past when I got them removed they did completely go away for about a year before they came back. That's why I'm not sure how great this office's equipment is.
