They were able to get me in a couple of weeks. I didn't have to wait long. There is a $25.00 fee for new patients (non refundable) which I understand incase of no shows. They sent me a questionnaire and health info information to fill out online so I didn't have to do it at the office. Very easy and quick. This place is pretty big, not only do they do dermatology, it's also a place they do Botox and other cosmetic procedures. It's so clean and the staff is attentive/ super friendly. My dermatologist was Emi Dougherty, CNP - Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was very patient and answered all my questions. They prescribed me Opzelura cream for my eczema. It's worker so far and I scheduled another appointment for follow up and skin test. Overall I am satisfied with my visit and recommend coming here.

Awful SIX month experience with this doctor…read more I am worse now than when I began seeing him. During the short time that I was his patient, he left on three different "weeks out of the office". Two of those weeks, my medications had not been called in and it hindered my progress. The only one in the office that apologized for that was his nurse, and it wasn't even her fault! I was told that I should have called the office instead of sending a MyChart Message, but even then - there's not another dermatologist that takes his calls when he's out. He is not a good listener at all. When booking an appointment, the time you spend with him is TEN minutes. He is completely full of himself and really gives off the impression that the patient is a waste of his time. At my very first visit, he got a text with a picture of his granddaughter and commented on how much weight she'd gained! (I'm overweight....it was super awkward!) He goes weeks without returning calls or messages, and when they are returned - it's never him, so questions can't be answered. I wasted six months with him. Then they go ahead and charge again for hospital services, as if the treatment were being given in a hospital instead of their offices. Service is by residents and interns rather than their house physicians, and they often leave you waiting for hour or more. They put a tiny bandage on my "surgery" and it bled all down my arm after I left the office, and I had to return to get the wart re-frozen. What's more, insurance didn't cover a lot of this, so I had to pay even more for this than I did for a recent hospitalization of two weeks!

She has an aggressive nurse who has been incredibly rude and has an arbitrary policy for late arrivals - I can't tell if it's 5 minutes or 10, but I've been in both scenarios and there is no grace period in her mind for a downtown office. It's so aggressive, I won't be back. It'll ruin your day.
