I told the office my account wasn't set up but they told me it was fine. When my appointment came around one month later, the office finally discovered that my iPledge wasn't working. I had to redo my labs and wait another month to begin Acutane. I was charged for both appointments. When I finally had my appointment to begin treatment, I show up at my scheduled appointment time and the office tells me they canceled my appointment because my provider went home sick. They told me there was no way they could find anyone to see me at my scheduled appointment time. The woman at the office told me "Life just happens and we have to deal". When I go to my rescheduled appointment, I am finally prescribed Acutane, months later than intended. When the pharmacy went to fill my prescription, they couldn't because my iPledge account was still set by my provider to my original appointment date that the office canceled and the prescription window had closed. I called the office to resolve this issue. I was put on hold for minutes just to be told that someone else will call me to figure it out. When I confirmed with the woman that someone would get back with me, she responded, "yeah that's what I just said." I have been very displeased with the administration at this location. They do not pay attention to details and do not care about the inconvenience caused to patients.

For a clinic treating patients in severe pain, the complete lack of empathy, basic courtesy, and organization is defeating. Front Desk & Customer Service: The reception staff is unwelcoming and hostile. Basic greetings are non-existent, emails and voicemails go unreturned for days, and simple tasks like scheduling routinely take multiple phone calls. Billing & Administrative Errors: During my most recent visit, I was confronted with a sudden clerical error regarding my insurance--which has been on file for months. Instead of attempting to resolve it, the staff member flatly told me I had to either pay out-of-pocket or pay a cancellation fee, showing zero willingness to problem-solve. I was there in severe pain for infected sutures and significant ulcerations, not cosmetic procedures. Fortunately, the office manager stepped in to resolve the issue so I could be seen. Clinical Miscommunication & Patient Safety: This is not an isolated incident. I have run out of necessary medications multiple times due to staff oversight. On one occasion, I had to repeatedly fight to get a prescription for Prednisone filled because a Medical Assistant failed to carry out Dr. Sheth's explicit notes, ultimately requiring the doctor to be contacted while out of the office to correct the mistake. While Dr. Sheth is a fantastic physician, a doctor can only be as effective as the team supporting them. If you are seeking routine or cosmetic care, this office might suffice. However, for patients dealing with chronic pain or serious medical conditions, the standard of care provided by the support staff is unacceptable. The management needs to hold this staff accountable and enforce basic standards of patient care and compassion.

The waiting room was crowded, but staff is very nice. The doctor went through all my concerns and was very calm and thorough. My issues warranted medication, and for each he told me when I should see results by, and to reschedule if I didn't. He asked additional history questions to assure there couldn't be any other causes. When I realized a medication was not called in and I was missing some notes I called the office. The doctor called me back personally, called in the missing medication, and clarified anything my notes were lacking. He also apologized for the error. And again, asked if there was anything else. I called his office and spoke with him and he said his office personnel must have accidently done this charge. He never corrected this! And he also did not reduce my breast at all!
