I get to the appointment and I'm told the new price is literally double because of a new machine. I took off work to come here because they don't have weekend hours available, no one from the office had the courtesy to call me prior to tell me of this change. The lady was polite in explaining the situation, but I declined services. Will not be back. In my opinion, they could have offered an exception for this visit since this wasn't my mistake it was theirs.

I had the treatment done right away and once the scabs came off I saw that the moles were not completely removed. I could still see a faded mark where they were. I called the office and they said I would have to come back for another treatment and pay for it. In the past when I got them removed they did completely go away for about a year before they came back. That's why I'm not sure how great this office's equipment is.
