After a bad waxing experience, where they apparently forgot the whole "I like full brows" comment I made, I had to take a pretty long break from brow maintenance. After that dreadful appointment, I made the decision to go back to threading, which I had done for a couple of years prior to waxing. I saw the Groupon/Living Social deal, but before making the commitment, I wanted to try this place out. Got an appointment very quickly for the next day with Rinku and was pleasantly surprised to hear that as a new customer, I would get half off my first service...bonus! The salon is very clean & modern looking, like an oasis. I mentioned my request for a fuller look and got perfect brows super quick with minimal pain (much less than my waxing experience). A nice bonus was the forehead/temple massage with shea butter after the swipe of witch hazel. I went here for the first time tonight, and was greeted by a lovely lady who was extremely kind, the salon was very nice with a contemporary theme going on. She had asked me what I need to be done, and I told her I had a groupon for eyebrow threading but I also needed my lip done. The lady got to work and after she finished the first eyebrow she was very kind to give me a mirror and ask me if I had liked what she had done to the first eyebrow before doing the second. (Of course my eyebrow looked great!!) she finished very quickly and it was done very gently and diligently. She quickly then did my lip, after she gave me a tissue in what I believe was witch hazel? (Was not sure) to clean off the areas and then gave me a complimentary massage to both areas with lotion. Over all this might have been the best eyebrow threading experience I have had. I had my first visit and I feel in love! The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgable. My first visit was a walkin for an eyebrow wax, however after talking it over and gave then threading a try...in so glad I did. With sensitive skin, this option was far gentler and the shape was better than any wax I've had previously. I purchased some services ahead with the amazing deal they were offering and took advantage of it last weekend, getting my eyebrows done again along with a gold facial. My skin never felt so smooth nor have I ever received that level of customer attentiveness and service during a salon treatment. I even received a follow-up call checking to see how I was doing and if I was happy with my treatments. I have found my "go-to" place. I saw the Living Social deal, but wanted to try it out before buying the multiple visit voucher. They always give you 50% off the first appointment, so I went in one evening to give it a shot. The salon is new, nice, and modern. Rinku is kind, respectful, and listens to what you want. This was my first time threading, and I loved the end result (very clean looking brow), and the fact that it's supposed to last for 2-3 weeks. Even at the full price, this is still a great deal. I will definitely be back in 3 weeks. If you've birthed a child (or multiple), threading will feel like a gentle massage for your face. The teenager that went before me found it painful. I moved to Mason OH 4 years ago and I have been searching for a good place to get my eyebrows threaded. I have had a couple of "okay" experiences at people's homes that provide the threading service but not worth another visit. So I was skeptical when I purchased a groupon to feather touch....not knowing what I was getting myself into. But when I walked in today for my service was ecstatic with the establishment. Rinku was professional and made the threading experience easy and quick. My eyebrows look perfect and I will definitely go back. I noticed this place while driving by. After a Google search, I was pleased to learn that they offer threading and organic facials. I stopped by with my mom for the threading service. It was my mom's first threading experience, and she survived! We were both pleased with the brow shaping and the kindness/professionalism of both owners. I got my upper lip threaded for the first time I've always heard that it's very painful and don't do it. But it wasn't bad. My mom bought a saffron soap that she loves and said she noticed a difference in her skin within a few days. This will definitely be my go-to place! After 38 years, I decided to have my eyebrows threaded. My mom and I showed up to Feather Touch and we were not disappointed! Comfortable, clean, friendly and relaxing are all adjectives that describe this shop. I'm not going to lie, this is not a painless procedure but when every other part of your experience is fun and enjoyable, you can live with a little pain. Plus my eyebrows look amazing. I found this place when I worked in Mason, and I will never go to any other eyebrow place again!!!! The ladies in this eyebrow utopia are fantastic!!!! I came in with my eyebrows uneven and very thin from inexperienced and commercialized "threading". After my first visit I was given tips to get my eyebrows back into shape. I've gone here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. I like it better than waxing and the redness afterwards fades much faster than waxing. The owner and staff is always friendly. They don't mind my kids sitting and waiting while I get my eyebrows threaded. Often they will treat my kids to a piece of candy after I am finished. Great place and friendly people! read more
