Apparently shaping them, (filing the nail) is an ADD ON. Gel polish, is an ADD ON. There were no other options given, aside from gel polish; she was only told to pick a color. How is filing the nail, an ADD ON or at the very least, discussed? For the second, shaping is an add on, gel is an add on, and basic design (a star on every other finger) took the total from $50 to over $100, with no discussion, and completed in the same time frame. I've never felt more taken advantage of. This is the first review I've ever written. As a business owner myself, with years of customer service, this was unacceptable.

The thing is, I cannot tolerate scents due to a fragrance sensitivity, and I thought this would be the best way to get a scent-free haircut. Instead of just a door, one wall is completely open to Walmart, meaning there is better air flow. My hairstylist was extremely understanding of my odd requests due to the scent thing. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted, and offered suggestions when I asked for them. I had two goals: thin my hair out (it's very thick) and cut it shorter, and she did both. It ended up looking pretty good, as did the person who left before me. I don't think it was as good as my old hairstylist, but I definitely don't think this looks like a $7.99 haircut and I left satisfied. Anyway, I would go back. My stylist's name was Jessica.

The store was clean and way busier than I expected for a place that had just opened on a Saturday. The women who did my pedicure was very nice and we chatted a bit about our lives while she worked. The pedicure was great up until another women sat next to me for a pedicure. The women doing my feet instantly started chatting with her coworker, who was working on the women next to her. Normally I wouldn't mind this, but the quality of her work instantly dropped. It was towards the end of my pedicure, so it did not ruin my experience, but it did leave me a bit disappointed with the massage. I chose the pedicure I had for the longer massage time. Overall I would come back, as my toes looked very nice and the place is close by, but I would hope that this does not happen to me again.
