I chose to do a rapid enhance because I have something to do that night and amethyst and it came out to 70 dollars.... idk how the add ins were more than the tan itself. then today I'm looking at my tan and it looks terrible. blotchy and still looks orange. not worth the 70 bucks. Plus I don't know why you get a spray tan and it still will make you look orange So you have to get more add ons so it doesn't? much easier to just do it yourself with coco and eve or some Self tanner and way cheaper. super disappointed

The versa spa is always broken down. When it's not it doesn't work the best. I started driving 15…read moreextra minutes and go to the Palm Beach beside the knotty pine on Cheviot rd about 6 or 7 months ago. The beds are nicer, staff is WAY friendlier and just an overall better experience. I tried giving this location another chance today. As I walked in, the blonde with fake lashes was unwelcoming for no reason and rude! No "hi" "hello" "welcome" it was "what are you doing today?" (It's always been this way back when I came here regularly). Didn't even look at me and acted like I was a bother. I was kind of taken back and felt uncomfortable. She started to explain a price up charge on the versa and I just did not feel okay with how I was being treated so I decided to leave. I let the interaction sit with me while I went to the other location and I decided that I'm still not okay with it. It wasn't a TERRIBLE experience but I spend too much money here (like anyone else) to feel like a bother. I will not be back. Worth the drive to the other location. Also, while I walked into the Cheviot rd location, 15 minutes later , they greeted me with a smile, knew my name and thanked me for coming in. It validated my feelings and they made me feel better as well. It's the little things.

It's not that I want to look like I live on a beach or anything, but a little more pigment in my skin adds a little radiance and makes me feel just a little more confident. I decided it was time to give spray tan a try. After arriving and selecting the plan I wanted to try, the attendant went through the costs. I noted the high tanning tax (understood that wasn't their fault, wasn't blaming them). The attendant was quick to say "You can thank Obama for that." Cool...glad we've brought your political thoughts into this one. I'm respectful everyone's beliefs, but especially in public places (where it's very unnecessary) it just seems better to keep them to ourselves. While I believe the comment was innocently motivated, it was also unnecessary and put a bad taste in my mouth. The facility was clean and aside from the one comment, the staff was friendly and professional. The services definitely feel overpriced, but I have nothing to compare them to and I am confident that they are relatively par for the course. I was pleased with the result of the spray tan. After it set in, I felt a little less pale and a little more confident. It doesn't take much for this to become a 4+ star review...just a little decorum. No need to make this experience as awkward as thanksgiving dinner with my family.
