I said "okay, that's fine, no worries then". Well, after she added the paint, she started to make the nails more narrow (even though I didn't want this) and then showed me how it caused an issue with the polish. She proceeded to take off all of the nail polish & said that she now had to make all the nails more narrow because that's what I wanted. It was in fact, not what I wanted. Haha She seemed upset. I told her she should be upset with herself because I didn't ask for this.. and now she has to do double to work to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I was in tears at this point because I felt bad for the misunderstanding. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't ask for this.. she kept saying "it's over with". She should work on her listening skills & not make things harder for herself. And maybe be more polite when your customer is trying to clear the air that this in fact was not my fault.

These folks are wonderful. They've done a quality job, thus far. The shop is laid back and inviting. Unfortunately, the technicians are very slow. At least the two we've encountered. If I had my druthers, I'd druther they take their time and nail it (omg, see what I did there), instead of rushing through it. We will try a couple more shops, but they will be further away. That being said, they will need to be better, faster, cheaper. I suspect they won't be and we'll be back! 12/21
