They were extremely friendly and customer service oriented. The nail shop was comfortable and clean. The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is because I went in with a broken nail that I had glued, and when we were working on the nail, it seemed strong but yesterday that nail broke and now I am not able to get to another nail salon anytime soon. So I am bummed I now have a broken pinky nail, especially because we used a cat eye polish that I don't know I'm going to be able to find in another city to get this Pinky fixed so I am probably going to have to get all of my nails done again. During the manicure I had to ask several times for polish cleanup and cuticle trimming and he eventually told me to just go to someone else. I am not someone who gets upset easily but I left feeling embarrassed and emotional. I still tipped well and left quietly but it was a strange and upsetting experience.
