I don't personally get my fingernails done here since I go to a private stylist, so I can't speak much on their manicures, but their pedicure service is consistently excellent. I love that they offer a drink with the deluxe pedicure, it always makes the experience feel a little more luxurious. They're also usually very efficient, so I'm in and out fairly quickly without feeling rushed. I've had consistently great experiences here and would definitely recommend them for pedicures!

I came in with a friend for pedicures, and both technicians were pretty aggressive, especially when picking around our toes. They seemed to think we had ingrown nails, but it was just skin, and the picking was painful for both of us. Things were also repeatedly too hot, and the technicians weren't very attentive to our comfort. Also at most nail spas, including Glamour Nails at the Promenade, they offer us drinks with our purchase of the deluxe pedicure. I also left with a completely different color than what I requested. I gave the exact shade number and showed a photo with the color circled, yet the result was easily 10+ shades off. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had this issue here. I don't hate my toes, but they're an odd shape and not at all what I asked for. I only come here for my toes now, and rarely ask for anything different, but this experience left me genuinely unhappy. I prefer and honestly love the Glamour Nails across the street at The Promenade, and unfortunately, I don't feel this location lives up to that reputation.
