Ann, bought this business 2 years ago, so there are some awful reviews before she purchased it. I will tell you that this mail salon is clean, pretty ( cushy fuschia chairs and accents) and Ann herself prides herself in pleasing the customer. I was able to schedule an appointment with her, and found her to be extremely friendly and professional. After some discussion about shape, color, and the usual nail talk, she went to work. I forgot to take some pics of my nails right after, and these photos are from 11 days later so show nail growth. No chipping, cracking, not discoloration. The latter is particularly important to me as I swim several times a week and highly chlorinated pools can affect nail color. Since this is a small business, it's best to call and make an appointment rather than walking in and not being accommodated due to other appointments. Closed Mondays.

I don't personally get my fingernails done here since I go to a private stylist, so I can't speak much on their manicures, but their pedicure service is consistently excellent. They're also usually very efficient, so I'm in and out fairly quickly without feeling rushed. I've had consistently great experiences here and would definitely recommend them for pedicures!
