I got a bomb pedicure by Jenny and she took her time, she was thorough and very sweet and her massage was everything lol.

We did have an appt so the service was quick. Very sweet techs that did a great job making sure both my mom and I were completely happy.

Okay for starters, I live across the bridge, in Cincinnati, and I have went to the same salon for 5 years, I have never ever cheated on my girls!! But after covid; it seemed like they really just didn't care. I gave every nail tech a chance and they really screwed me. I'm a big tipper so I take don't take it lightly when I'm giving you really good money to do my nails... & then I found THIS GEM scrolling through google. Jenna was AMAZING. I changed my mind a couple of times on my nail color and there was no attitude, she was VERY polite, VERY good at her job; as you can see in the pic, and I think I found my new home when it comes to my hands and feet thanks Jenna! read more

I got a walk-in pedicure yesterday and I'm not happy with my nails at all. I'm not sure who helped me, but she was really rough with me and obviously in a hurry. There wasn't anyone else waiting and they weren't closing, so I'm not sure why. My nails look awful - she left noticeably huge gaps between my skin and the polish, I can see my nail underneath the polish and overall they just look extremely messy. I also have hangnails afterwards too. The towels she wrapped my legs with were way, way too hot and it hurt. She also made a weird comment about my nails being too small. I am very disappointed with how my nails look for the money I spent. Everyone else was really friendly and helpful, which is why I'm still giving 3 stars. I wouldn't go back and I feel as though I could've just done my nails myself :( I hate leaving this review because I know it's a small, local business, but this was my first experience here and feel as though I wasted my money. read more

I have been to this salon three times now for a pedicure, specifically the sugar scrub pedicure that is advertised as 35 minutes before polish is applied. Pros: 1. Comparable price to surrounding salons 2. Very hygienic with individually packaged tools that get thrown away (I'm assuming/hoping) 3. I never felt guilted into a service Cons: 1. None of the three times I have gotten this pedicure have lasted 35 minutes before polish; in fact, the last time I went, she was putting on polish after 14 minutes. I was out of the building in 35 minutes. The second time I went, it took 25 minutes before the polish was being applied. 2. The massage is lackluster; this past time was 3 minutes on my right calf and 2 minutes on my left calf. The second time I went, each calf was massaged 3 minutes. The first time was 5 minutes on my right and 4 minutes on my left. 3. Due to the short length of time of the pedicure, I couldn't even get relaxed in the massage chair before I was being moved to the dry station. I was there 9 minutes the last time when they told me I was good to go. Unfortunately, due to the discrepancies in time advertised and actual time of the pedicure, I will have to continue my search for a hygienic salon with a great pedicure. read more

i got my nails done last week and i don't work or do anything and one of my nails have already came off and i paid 70$ for them not even being done how i asked i asked for acrylic and they did dip on my nails and i wanted regular nail polish and they gave gel worst place i have ever gotten my nails done at. read more

The male technician who painted my nails did a rather messy job - I can see the bubbles in the polish and he didn't clean the edges, leaving flecks of polish around the nail. The base coat overlapped over the edge of the nail and kept peeling. I probably could have done a better job myself. read more

This nail salon is truly what customer service and quality should be, and did I mention, the cleanliness and sanitation was 5 stars! I was in need for a little pampering and my hubby and daughter needed some too. My daughter got tips with dip that looked real, even, smooth (not overly thick)and beautiful when they were done! I cannot say that about the ones she had taken off previously from another salon. The male tech was amazing that did my daughter's nails. (I didn't get his name..oops!) I got a mani by Tammi with regular polish. Wow! She was great! It was the best mani I've ever had in over 20 years! She was so gentle and my nails were even, beautifully painted and her arm and hand massage was exceptional! I then got a sugar pedi by Poy. Poy is so sweet and my pedi was Heavenly! She took her time massaging my legs and feet and I can't say enough about how great my toe nails polished and my smooth feet look! Tammi gave my hubby the Envy signature pedi. (He needed some extra TLC on those feet of his).. His stress melted away with the 5 star quality massage and his feet have never looked better! He then proceeded with a mani on chewed nails and I'm not sure how Tammi worked her magic, but they are so clean looking now it looks like he has new hands! Needless to say, it was our first time there, we had 3 different techs, everyone had great personalities and quality work to match! My favorite part was that not one tech was pushy or trying to ask 3 more times if I wanted gel when I already said what I had wanted. I hate pushy upgrades..ugh.. and you will not find that here. Now to get my boys in next! Everyone needs some r&r in there life and I'm glad my family and I found ours here at Envy! read more

Poy is my go to girl!! She treats me just like a friend and always does a great job on my nails. I typically only the the SNS or dip nails and it lasts for literally three weeks!!!! They are not pushy on their services and want you to have a great experience while you are there. I am now a loyal customer to this place! read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for years. This last time I got my nails done I got an all white polish (schellac) within two days it was peeling off every nail and a few of my toes. I paid the salon $53 for this. I came back 4 days after when I had time. Explained to the girl what happened. She said she would fix it. Clearly I'm not happy that I paid $53 & my nails looked terrible. So I sit, get them repainted a different color. Afterwards she tells me I owe the same price because I didn't get the same color I had before. I explain to her, why would I get the same color that peeled off after 2 days? She had no explanation for me. Tried to call the owner who was unavailable. So she had me stay at the nail salon for 15 mins while she left to go pick him up. So the owner shows up tells me too bad. And then says he will charge me half. What bad bad business... never coming back. Too many nail salons in the area that do good work & stand behind their work.dont waste your money. read more
