Ann, bought this business 2 years ago, so there are some awful reviews before she purchased it. I will tell you that this mail salon is clean, pretty ( cushy fuschia chairs and accents) and Ann herself prides herself in pleasing the customer. I was able to schedule an appointment with her, and found her to be extremely friendly and professional. After some discussion about shape, color, and the usual nail talk, she went to work. I forgot to take some pics of my nails right after, and these photos are from 11 days later so show nail growth. No chipping, cracking, not discoloration. The latter is particularly important to me as I swim several times a week and highly chlorinated pools can affect nail color. Since this is a small business, it's best to call and make an appointment rather than walking in and not being accommodated due to other appointments. Closed Mondays.

I was greeted by a nail tech as soon as I walked in…read more Even better, 2 of my associates from work were there getting their nails done, which upped my confidence level. Those girls don't do junk! My appointment was with Henry, I wasn't sure if I just wanted to take off the bad gel nails I got on vacation, or redo them. He checked out my nails and said he could fix them. He did. My cuticles look great, my nails look much more natural. I also noticed that, of customers who signed in with a tech preference, it was always Henry. He asked me if I also wanted a pedicure. It took me about 2 seconds to agree as my feet are so dry from a summer of sandals. A different person did my pedi, but she took her time and did a great job. I've had a better massage, but she took great care in removing the dead skin. The polish looks great. The real test will be in how long the mani/pedi hold up......but did I mention they only charged me $50 for both? I don't know if that was a new customer special, or what it would be separately. Nevertheless, I left pretty happy, and if the nails hold up will be a regular customer. The only downside (-1 *) is the entire staff spoke to each other in their language, which was not English. They did not converse much with the customers, which did not provide of an inclusive feeling. I would have preferred English so that I could understand and perhaps join in a conversation. Henry was the only person who made the effort, and I did appreciate that.

Horrible customer service Tech was argumentative and…read morewouldn't listen Placed blame on dip company and me The color of powder Was not close to the color I picked from the nailbook. When I mentioned this , he insisted that the nailbook doesn't always match the color of powder. I asked , what is the point of picking a color then. He told me I need to call the company and ask them that that x nails only buys the product.. When I asked to see the book again to change Colors. He insisted that the color would get darker.. I wanted a color in the red family. The powder that was brought out was in the coral family. I didn't want a darker coral. that he insisted it would get darker and would not bring the book When finishing and using the tool to file the nail near the cuticle.I watched as my Cuticle was lifted. I asked that the cuticle be cleaned up since the tool messed up my cuticle , he insisted that it was already messed up when I came in. Then he wanted to charge me for trimming my cuticle i was not willing to pay for this. And state it as such, he got angry, got up to get the cuticle fix, I guess by this time I was pretty much done I asked how much it was I gave him the money as I was leaving, he called me rude and continue to berate me saying, good luck at other salons, I told him I would not be back and that he would see my review on yelp
