I went to this nail salon when it was still Lovely Nails and it was great. They always did a great job and it was affordable. It used to cost about $50 for a full acrylic set and french tip. Now that this salon is called D Best Nails and when I recently when in to get the exact set but in a different color, it was almost double the price at $80. The lady did a great job but that is outrageous for a set of nails. A different guy did my friend's nails and they were crooked, uneven, and just looked lazy. They were still $80 and when she tried to say her nails were crooked he just said it was her hands. The lady there is very talented but only go there if you want to spend a lot of money. read more

I used to go to this salon when it was still owned by Neal and his lovely wife. I used to only frequent the salon for fills, as what they did was basic services. I came in a couple months ago to get my nails filled, and noticed that it was under new management. I was a bit skeptical, but got my nails filled. Lorenz is absolutely awesome, knows the latest trends and keeps up with the fashion industry. He made me feel welcome and relaxed, and did a wonderful job on my nails. He has done some of the best work on my nails that I've ever seen. He takes his time with making his work look perfect, he makes sure the acrylic nails look practically like natural nails, he knows how to do designs, and 3D designs, he is very talented. Michelle is an absolute sweetheart as well, and is always full of smiles, and is really helpful. They've been really wonderful there. They've earned a lifelong customer. read more

Don't go here unless you want a nail fungus! They ruined my nails and when I told them something was going on, they refused to acknowledge it! Said that my nails always looked like that!! Ended up going to doctor who said it was classic case of nail fungus and that they would have known it! Cost me a lot of $$ and time to clear up the fungus + the embarrassment of having it!! Will NEVER go back and tell everyone I know NOT to go there!! They knew about it and should have told me!! They caused it and covered it up!! They even charged me the last time I was there, when I told them I just wanted them to remove their product from my nails because I thought I was having an allergic reaction to it!! Unbeliveable!! They shop is small which is fine but did not seem clean I was charged 25 dollars for a polish change on top of the 50 dollars for my pedicure I have never been Charged more than 12 for a polish change! A week later I started to feel a wart forming on my toe I have never had a wart! I'm so angry and grossed out! Do not go here unless you what to be over charged and warts. Just moved back to the area and was looking for somewhere to get my nails done quick. Stopped into Lovely Nails around 5 and was immediately taken care of. I just got a gel manicure, which is what I would typically get. Price was a little more expensive than I'm used to (around $48 with a tip) but was by far one of the best manicures I've ever had hands down (pun intended). The nail tech really took her time and made sure my nails were in good shape so the color would go on perfectly. I will 100% be back to get my nails touched up again in a few weeks. read more

I had an absolutely amazing experience, very clean facilities, friendly nail techs, excellent manicure and pedicure, keep me coming here again and again. It's very rare that I have to wait more than 5 minutes once I get there. I have a lot of rough and dry skin on my feet, they are very good at removing all of it. read more

Jackie, Tiffany, and Annie are AWESOME. They know what it means to make the customer feel like #1. I've probably gone to 6-8 nail salons since moving here in July because I can't seem to find one that I love... but when I found Lovely Nails last week, I can say that I finally found my "home nail shop". They take their time, so if you're always in a rush - this is probably not the place for you. They genuinely CARE about you as a person and what you like/want. They speak VERY good english and love to have a good conversation about life. The biggest thing is that the salon is CLEAN. These women are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. Went there this past Friday, January 30,2015 with my daughter for my birthday. We used to go there when it was owned my Neal and his lovely wife. Two girls were working there. My daughter and I were the only ones in the shop, we came in together yet, they sat us at opposite ends of the shop. So much for a girl's day. My nails looked HORRIBLE when they were done. I was left with crooked, lopsided, thick nails. I will never go back! I seriously doubt they were professionals! read more

I loved the old owners of lovely nails. So I tried the new owners and sad to say very disappointed and was totally insulted. The employee doing my nails stated "sorry if we are bothered by us talking in our language." I said I don't mind at all. He said "good cuz he just said you are ugly." I did not know what to say but tried to laugh it off. Then he asked about my daughter and wanted to see a picture, after showing him her picture he said " She looks like you and that's okay" as he patted my hand! They did not know me so if he was trying to be funny it was not!! Will never Go Back!!!!!! OH and the nail job was not very good started having problems two days into having the nails. I could go on with other conversations that took place about them being drunk ect. but I think I have my point made. read more

I use to visit this salon for fillins and pedicures when it was owned by previous owners and they always did a great job. I heard there were new owners so I didn't visit this salon for several months as I was only hearing negative things. This salon is located near my work and is convenient and a couple weeks ago I decided to give it a shot. I figured I'd go and give them a try disregarding comments I've heard from others. I am not picky at all and have never complained before about my nails, but not only were my nails horrible the customer service was horrible as well. It took them just over two hours to put on a new set of acrylic nails anywhere else I have ever been this has taken no longer than an hour and 15 minutes tops. There were two people working and they went back and forth between my nails and someone else's and kept switching off. Which is not only unsanitary but very counterproductive. I just went and had my fill in done because the polish came off in 1 weeks time and the other place I went to could tell how horrible of a job they had done before. I will never be back. read more
