The next day his big toe was infected (red & crusty). The redness spread to his legs the following day. I called to tell the owner and after speaking with him and also sending photos I was told well that's a blister (it most definitely is not). He asked what I wanted him to do about it, typically when a business has done something negative to a customer they will offer X% off their next service or financial reimbursement. The owner was not interested in that. Take this as a warning that although this salon's prices are lower than others you will also be exposing yourself to the possibility of an infection.

I said "okay, that's fine, no worries then". Well, after she added the paint, she started to make the nails more narrow (even though I didn't want this) and then showed me how it caused an issue with the polish. She proceeded to take off all of the nail polish & said that she now had to make all the nails more narrow because that's what I wanted. It was in fact, not what I wanted. Haha She seemed upset. I told her she should be upset with herself because I didn't ask for this.. and now she has to do double to work to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I was in tears at this point because I felt bad for the misunderstanding. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't ask for this.. she kept saying "it's over with". She should work on her listening skills & not make things harder for herself. And maybe be more polite when your customer is trying to clear the air that this in fact was not my fault.

There are 1000 nail salons on every street. Why not reward your loyal customers. The only semi-con I have is when I got my brows done. I loved the outcome; BUT, the associate double dipped my sticks in the wax and she doesn't apply pressure to the skin after the rip. So if you're going there for eyebrows; request them to break the sticks in half or in 3's prior to dipping them in the wax and request they don't double dip.

The citrus sugar scrub, leg and foot massage and hot towel were perfect. Overall, I was very pleased with my service and my purple toes are just what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed and it was nice having the place to myself. As soon as my pedicure was over, four people walked in. Timing is everything. After tax my pedicure was 37. I think that is a great price for this service.
