    Today I had a terrible experience at this Ulta location. My cousin is employed at the Florence…read morelocation and recently made a purchase at the Florence location. Today we went to this location to return it. When we first walked in we were not greeted, and nobody was wearing a name tag, nor introduced themselves. When we got to the register the line was long the counter was nasty with the employees food and drinks. When we got to the register we had to wait for 10 minutes for a manager to come help us with the return. The first lady we spoke to told us she could not do a return without a copy of the receipt. We went back out to my car and got an old receipt from ulta which clearly stated that their return policy did not require a receipt if you had an Ultamate membership. We went back in and waited at the counter for a different manager for another ten minutes who told us the same thing. I then read her the return policy on the receipt and she proceeded to look up my cousin's account which she should have done in the first place. Neither of the women helping us even bothered to check the purchase history or offer a store credit. After finding her employee account, the woman then said she could not do a return without a receipt SOLELY because she was an employee. My cousin told her she was wrong and the woman went to make a call to loss prevention and never came back, we waited for probably 20 minutes so we just left. When we were leaving, other people in line came up to us asking if the employees ever got the situation resolved and they were also shocked by the unprofessionalism. During this entire interaction all of the other employees, besides the salon employee, were making comments about us and laughing at us which was very unprofessional and rude. What should have been a simple return turned into time-consuming and aggravating interaction that never came to a solution. My cousin and I are both very upset and appalled by what we witnessed today and hope that Ulta can fix their employees' behavior.
