When I walked in I was told it's by appointment only, I explained to her that I couldn't get through but all she said to me was sorry and they were having trouble with their phone lines. When I went to remove my fingers from the bowl, I was told to put them back in. (I should have left then) My manicurist cut two of my fingers with the cuticle nippers. My thumb bled quite a bit and she was not apologetic at all. My manicurist switched halfway through. The second person working on my nails CUT THE SCAB OFF OF MY THUMB and made it bleed again. Luckily the manager gave me neosporin. The manager left twice during my manicure to yell and curse at children outside that were "harassing" them (they were just being kids. Knocking on the door, etc.) I hate leaving such negative reviews but the salon wasn't clean. The employees weren't nice. My manicure was painful, and they were in a rush and didn't give me three coats so the manicure itself doesn't even look good. I wouldn't go to this location. Again, I NEVER write such negative reviews but my experience was wildly bad.

I told the boy that was doing my nails, that there was a bad show on the tv, about sex with children and animals, and he just glanced at the screen and said " I can't even really see it", and just went back to my nails. Lots of girls go to these places. They need to watch what they put on their tv. And if it's brought to their attention, I would have expected them to change it. I'll find another salon.

I booked a private party room for my sister's wedding and we had a great time! There were seven of…read moreus total getting manis and pedis and we were able to all receive one at the same time rather than waiting and only having 2-3 technicians to work on all of us, which we've experienced at other salons. We loved having a private space for us to sit in (at no additional cost) and being able to bring in drinks was a bonus. They do offer coffee when you arrive if you're interested in that. The staff was very friendly and didn't rush us, which was nice. They also helped with picking a nail color and tested colors on ourselves so we could get an idea of the look rather than going in blindly. Highly recommend Deluxe for your next mani/pedi, especially if you're looking for a private party room!
