I called to tell the owner and after speaking with him and also sending photos I was told well that's a blister (it most definitely is not). He asked what I wanted him to do about it, typically when a business has done something negative to a customer they will offer X% off their next service or financial reimbursement. The owner was not interested in that. Take this as a warning that although this salon's prices are lower than others you will also be exposing yourself to the possibility of an infection.

I am a customer for life. Whenever I want something specific, I just bring a picture of what I want my nails to look like. I've even had my nails look like opals. My nails have always been prone to bending and breaking and showed them how it was an issue even when wearing gel nails. They introduced me to hard gel nails and changed my life forever. Now my nails feel strong and protected with the hard gel. Everyone always cleans as they go so there's never a mess. They keep paper towels and such nearby to make it easier to keep things clean. I was told that with the decor package, they would take care of everything. I simply needed to tell them what colors I wanted for the theme. The package included the following- Themed plates, cups, napkins, and silverware (20 people) * Themed banner * Balloon garland * Table centerpieces * Cupcakes (for up to 15) * Fresh flowers on tables * Outdoor custom welcome sign * LED sign On the day of the shower, I arrived early to set up the food and drinks. In the rush of getting this done and guests arriving, I didn't realize things were missing. I did ask the employee about the cupcakes. She made a phone call and came back and said they hadn't ordered them. Nothing I could do about it then. She did say they would credit me something for it. Towards the end of the shower, I began thinking that other stuff was missing. It wasn't until I got home that I looked up the package details and realized I was missing many items - outdoor custom welcome sign - fresh flowers - led sign - cupcakes - glasses ( I did have paper plates, napkins and silverware) This is what I got - a balloon arch, paper plates, plastic silverware, vases with coffee beans and candles that didn't get lit, and a themed banner. Also, when you reserve the room it is for a private event. Customers who want to go to the coffee shop are to enter the coffee shop door. There was a couple and their child that walked through our "private" event 4 times with the employee allowing this and even one time walking them through. I feel that the employee should have informed them the first time to use the other entrance explaining a private event was going on. I reached out to the owner to discuss the missing items. I feel that she was defensive from the beginning. She said that the cupcakes are only for a child's birthday. I told her that there is no mention of that on their website. I told her that I picked her place and the decoration package because I knew my nieces would like all the added touches. Her response was that the missing things aren't important but it's that my nieces and guests enjoyed the shower and she was sure they did. I told her that if she knew all the things missing, she'd be disappointed that she didn't have them. I was also the one paying the bill and I wanted all the items I paid for to be there. I asked for a full credit of the decorations package since more than half the items weren't there. She refused because they had to take time to order the balloon arch and plates. She said she would give me a credit if what she feels is fair. I have yet to get any credit from her. That is why I am sharing my experience. If I were you I'd think twice before renting their "private " room. And if you do, definitely decorate it yourself.

Found ambiance and decides to pip in for a dip set with 2 repairs (I told the chick at reception I needed 2 tips) for some reason this was confusing, they got the manager involved to ask how they sign me in for that. Once seated the person doing my nails didn't understand that and started cutting all my natural nails off. Not happy but fine, I asked "can you make the all look like this nail (length and shape- I'd filed a broken one into a square). She said yes, and proceeded to cut them into a rounded shape. My nails were previously almond. I should have left because there was obviously a communication problem. I didn't... she proceeded to do dip and shape every nail differently. Shape was wrong, uneven length hand to hand, and the dip itself was bubbly (un-level). The tech also didn't understand how the chemicals work and brushed too much hardener on and didn't let it cure at all before putting too coat on so she ruined her brushed, then proceeded to ask coworker for new brushes as I and a tech told her they need to dry before the next step. In total, 3 additional techs including a manager had to help "fix" my nails and I had to try and reshape them myself with a file. Upon check out, my bill was $64 for plain dip. I asked for a manager, he "gave me a $10 discount" to make it right. I had been there 1.5 hours and still walked out with the worst set I've ever had. The photos are after 3 techs and myself filed and re-filed. I was asked to sit AGAIN to re-do them but by then I was already late picking someone up. This place charged different amounts for different skill levels, but there's no way this tech was at a level to charge $64 for basic dip, not even a gel top coat. Not even the $50+ with tax. Total scam, I'd never stop foot in here again. Now, a week later, most of the topcoat has chipped off because it was ruined by them filing after the fact and there's gaps under my nails because they weren't bonded properly. If you look at the photos, the purple ones were at ambience and it is hard to tell by the photos how uneven they are. The green ones are what my nails look like before coming in.
