I didn't have an appointment.. but was seen quickly. I don't know if I got a young lady that is just learning this was not a wonderful experience for this person. As you see my nails are a mess.. who cuts toenail strait across and cuts them this short, I was asked what kind of pedi I wanted, not offered any water until she was almost butchering my toes, she didn't scrape off the dead skin from the heels . I finally just stopped my torture and didn't let her finish the pedi cause I was so mad... As my mom always taught me .. if you can't say anything nice .. so I just left after paying for this drama. Out of all salons I've been to Color Me has the most welcoming and calming atmosphere! I came in for my appointment and they told me to choose the colors I wanted from a huge variety and shortly after I was seated! My nail tech gave me the exact nails I wanted in my inspiration picture and I will definitely be coming back! read more

Terrible experience! I had my dip powder removed and gel manicure. I was surprised to see how much the salon had gone down hill. The manicure was terrible. The nail technician cut my two fingers and the polish was no better then my dog doing it- polish to the cuticle line, left all over my skin, bleeding fingernails, I even had a large patch on the bottom of my finger. I called to ask for a refund after I was able to look them over- the "manager" argued with me and told me they will not refund. They will only redo them. I explained that I didn't want to come back bc my skin is all cut up. She refused. Will never go back!!!! read more

My daughter and I had appointments. When we came in they said they were running 5 minutes behind. While we were waiting, they took a walk in ahead of us. Ultimately our appointments started 25 minutes late. We will definitely go elsewhere from now own. They may have maximized profits today, but lost my business for the future. read more

I have been a semi-regular Customer at CMN here during the past several years. Randy, the owner always keep a meticulously clean salon, Now during COVID, it remains super fresh, clean and sanitary. That is i verymportant to me. i cam in today for a shellac Mani and a regular pedciure. TIna was training an experienced Nail tech who is new-ish to Color Me Nails, Katie worked very meticuloulsy and carefully always asking me what I wanted and needed and if she had shaped my nails as expected. I asked Tina for some ideas for the perfect Pink for my upcoming beach vacation and she suggested a brand new 2023 hot pink with sparkles that works well with my skin color. Randomly, I asked Tina is they had their delicious tasty Coffee and she immediately brought me a full, fresh steaming cup, to my pedicure station. Katie was very through, patient and careful, absorbing all of the wisdom and may detailed steps that Tina shared with her for the perfect pedicure and manicure. THey were both extremely customer/ guest -oriented with their work. I am once again thrilled with my experience at Color me Nails today! Thank you againKatie, and Tina. I had a new tech tonight and she did a great job. Very careful and conscientious, checked my feet and toenails repeatedly. Made sure she was satisfied with trim and cuticles. I would recommend Lana for a great experience. I also appreciate at Color Me that they have relaxing music and no TV news, just pretty pictures and easy listening. This was my second visit here. The first time I went an hour before they closed and was turned away. I decided to give this place another chance. When I walked in I was greeted and informed there was a wait. Ok no problem. 45 minutes later Randy started on my sns manicure. He was friendly and made conversation but I've never had a more painful manicure. He nicked every single one of my cuticles. One of my fingers bled. He didn't apologize or offer an additional discount. The polish and my nails look great but my cuticles have SCABS on them. My hands hurt for two days. I received a pedicure thankfully from a different technician who did a great job. I loved the paraffin dip. I would be willing to this place again as long as Randy doesn't touch me. read more

I payed for a mani and pedi. Pedi was good. The polish for the mani was so old it didn't adhere to my nails. This is when things went bad. It was close to closing time and he filed this polish off so aggressively, cutting 3 different fingers to the point of bleeding. Then he slapped on some new polish so sloppy looking that I could have painted them nicer myself. Very disappointed!!! read more

Randy kindly squeezed me in and did a very quick shellac polish (not a full manicure) amidst their crazy busy day full of pre-Christmas appointments. He worked quickly and was able to get me in and out. He also seemed to now the regulars by name and exactly which services they come in for without even asking, which I think reflects on the quality of service they provide! read more

I went to Color Me Nails & Spa simply based off of the reviews here on Yelp. I work in Blue Ash and wanted somewhere convenient to my office. Unfortunately, most of the salons in Blue Ash received low marks so I went just a little further to this place. I walked in around 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon to have my nails filled in. I was greeted right when I walked in which is a big bonus for me; I can't stand when the workers do not even acknowledge you. There were about 6 people already working so I was told it would be a 10 minute wait but by the time I chose my color my girl, Jessica, was ready for me. Jessica did a pretty good job though there was some issues with her understanding the shape I wanted my nails to be. She worked quickly and my nails still turned out great. Next time I will definitely try and pedicure, the women I sat under the dryer with raved about how great their pedicures are. HERE'S A TIP! They give you a 5% discount if you pay with cash so make sure that you take cash with you especially if you are getting a more expensive service. I used my card because the fill-in was under $20 so I didn't sweat it. read more

I ended up finding this place on Yelp after my normal salon at home on the West Side of Cincy couldn't get me in before a big party. The convenience factor of being within a 5 minute drive from my office is, of course, a great thing, but this place offers so much more. First, let me just say, this nail salon is SPOTLESS. Their tools are always sterilized, and their stations are always immaculate. Honestly, I've been in much pricier places that have been much less aware of a clean environment. The waxing room, where I went for my brow wax, was also absolutely spotless. Second, the prices are really reasonable. The gel manicures include a parrafin dip, which leaves my hands both looking and feeling awesome, and I have yet to be disappointed with a single nail service I've had there. Further, I've had my brows waxed a couple of times now, and they do a great job with that too at a very reasonable price. They also offer a discount for paying cash, which is a nice little bonus, when I remember to bring cash :) Finally, the staff here are friendly and as helpful as they can be. There is a language barrier, which I sometimes can find to be daunting in these types of shops, but here it doesn't feel like such a problem.
