I got an appointment that day, which was awesome since I would be leaving the next day for a friend's wedding. My esthetician and the receptionist eased my anxiety and answered all my questions. My skin was so smooth and glowy! Even a few weeks later as I am writing this, my skin looks great! I'm so thankful I booked these appointments. I can definitely see a difference in my skin. The decor is very pink, floral, and tidy inside. I love the vibes. They sell some products, as well. I bought the moisturizer they used on me and I love it! I plan to return whenever I'm in town and need their services.

I have recently started using Audrey as my previous esthetician is no longer here and I am enjoying my facials more than ever. I also highly recommend buying the full monthly package so you can also get all of the products included to use daily - they have made all the difference. I am in my mid-forties and don't even wear foundation any longer. I definitely know the products have led to that! It doesn't happen overnight so stick with it. I was new to this threading and tinting process. I almost threw up in my mouth when she charged me $53 for threading and tinting!!!! I've since called four different places that thread and tint and not one has quoted me over $25. I even asked all them are sure? For both it's $23? Yes yes it is! I feel ripped off and cheated by two ladies I trusted and believed were offering a great service. I will never be back. I'm sure I can find a $25 salon that has nice people working there and not snake oil salesmen! So disappointed Removing all the stars I can. Came in as a walk in and was greeted right away by the cutest little boy! The two sisters work together here and are both a delight to do business with. Very warm and welcoming! My brows have never looked better I will be back!

Corporate predator - local Staff are great, services are pretty good but not as advertised, and…read morecorporate prices are absolutely outrageous. Total bait and switch from corporate perspective, "contracts" were a joke and not anything like it was laid out to be. After back and forth to try and make it work, had to get my attorney involved. I feel terrible for the front-line workers who are in the field working with real customers because they are caught in the middle, completely powerless as prices go up and up while they see none of the increase and customers are taken advantage of. Used to be a good business and I wanted to work with them so badly, but the top-down nonsense is beyond exhausting and predatory. Find somewhere else unless you're able to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars without a care and you have time to waste time on fake contracts.
