I have been going to the salon for years! This salon did change names and locations, but it is still owned by the previous owners of nail shop right around the corner (Bella Nails). Someone recommended this nail shop to my mom and I years ago, and I am so glad we listened! As a runner, I feel like I need to take care of my feet. Getting a pedicure every few weeks does help. I always get a French manicure, and it really lasts! I can't get over how long the pedicure last here. The staff is super friendly and work very hard. Today I went back to Pro Nails to have SNS done again for the second time and it was great! I had called earlier in the day and set an appointment with Thy. She was attentive, funny, and good to talk to while she was doing my nails. She also helped me to pick a good combination for my ombré nails. Thy did an awesome job and I didn't feel awkward asking her to shorten here, or smooth a little there. She was gentle and quite precise, taking her time in making sure that I liked my nails. This is your typical nail place. It's a bit larger than some others I've seen. The service was quick and I had a manicure and pedicure in under an hour (french tips on both). They had a combination deal for $41.00. Pretty great price in my opinion. My only complaint is that the massage during my pedicure was brief and the tech seemed uninterested and in a hurry. read more

To start this place was very clean and the staff was nice, but they either didn't have the ability or didn't care enough to properly communicate with me. Their was a bit of language barrier but I'm my opinion it was more they didn't care enough to hear or listen to what I was saying. Note: this is a business located in a higher end neighborhood in Loveland Oh. When I walked in I had black SNS over my natural nails and ballerina (flat on the end and sidewalls tapered in) shaped, with both index fingers a different dip power shade. I asked for them to be soaked and re-done the exact same way except my accent nail would be a different color than it was previously.I told him I did not want them cut down, I just wanted the same shape just shaped up a bit due to wear. He told me $40 for what I requested. I sat down and started soaking with his co worker. After removal she started prepping up my natural nails and shaping. I noticed she was making them round. So I said I wanted ballerina and she nodded. Once done with my right hand I was able to get a better look... all round! So I said again I want ballerina shaped, this is round. So she pulls out a cheat sheet with nail shapes and names. I pointed out the coffin as there was no ballerina on the sheet and told her they didn't have to be that dramatic, they just need to be tapered a bit. So she goes on to reshape my entire right hand they way I want which caused them all to be shorter than my left. Then she shapes the left, I figured she'd make them even but no. Hard to tell when she always has one hand she is working on. The accent color I choose was a light purple glitter and she didn't build the color up to my liking, which in turn took her less time to do my accent fingers compared to the other 8. When she went in for clear capping she contaminated the base coat brush with glitter from my accent nail and continued to wipe glitter on every black nail and capped it in clear. I noticed what was happening and made the commit, whoa that glitter is getting everywhere. She didn't miss a beat, kept on going and never acknowledged my commit. She also nicked me with the drill, which hasn't happened to me in a long time, but hey it happens. While finishing my sidewalls she didn't hold my skin to the side and heated up my skin with the hand fill 4-5 times. I said oh and pulled away each time hoping she's get the hint but no. After she finished I noticed how much longer the left hand was and how not pigmented the accent nails were. So I'm like ok $40 buck with no tip cuz she doesn't care enough to listen to me or what I'd like, and these are messy. She runs my card and brings me a receipt to sign and it's $51.36 (not sure on the change but definitely $51 and some change.I asked her why it wasn't the $40 that he had told me, she started to get frazzled and an older woman came over.She told me they charge three extra dollars for each accent nail which is crazy cuz they literally took her less time to do that my other eight. I'm all for paying extra for nail art, gems and stones, or airbrush art but this isn't one of those cases. Then she told me that they charge me extra for my almond shaped nails. I told her that they weren't almond shaped they are ballerina shaped and they were the same shape that I walked in with and there was not a whole lot of extra work going into them considering you have to reshape any nail because they get beat up overtime. So then she just said to leave her a $5 tip and the service would be the lesser price but with the tip and service price would be for what she already ran my card for. This point I am super annoyed and agreed to sign The receipt for the amount It was ran for and didnt put a tip in. My nails are honestly not that bad, just messy with the glitter and uneven lengths. She got on my cuticles a few time so they will prolly start lifting sooner than I'd like. Also some are definitely more tapered and then others. The lack of listening to me and the back and forth on price is really what has upset me the most. I haven't ever paid that much for the same service even when I've been on vacation. I wouldn't have made such a big deal if they would have been a $50 quality but my local gal does them for $35 and they are much cleaner and shaped way nicer. read more

Not the first time I have been here. I stopped going because I always had return for repairs in between appointments. I walked in for a simple repair this time after breaking a nail (and the very close to home). Upon entering I was asked what I needed done. I stated a pink and white repair. "We don't do pink and white " Very bluntly. Almost walked out but needed a quick Repair. I asked if they could do a pink and white SNS and without even looking up she said "yes". No instruction if I needed to wait or take a seat. A tech greeted me a minute or so following and was very kind. She completed the repair I had asked for. The cost was far less then expected. I pulled out my card to pay and the same individual who sudo greeted me yelled across the room " you do not have cash to pay her?" I stated I did not. Clearly annoyed she walked across the room and took my card. I left not wanting to ever go back. Ps. I tipped the nail tech 200%. She did a great job. I woul read more

Went in to get my nails done for vacation. I was just going to get a basic pedicure and French tip manicure. The nail salon girl was wonderful and convinced me to do color and glitter on my manicure. I was okay with this until I had a bill for $90... I was told it would be $70 originally so the girl who helped me did more than I expected and I was given a surprise at checkout. Beyond that my cuticles weren't done, some nails are crooked, and the nails are wayyy too long. I'm struggling to even type this right now. I am going by after work to see if they can do anything since I paid $90 for something that will make my vacation miserable. I will update afterwards. Update: my nails have been shortened but they didn't soften all the corners so some are pointy (I'll have to fix them on my own at home) and the edges are all thick and not painted so they are obvious. At least the nails are functional but I probably won't go back since I'm going to have to fix them at home now. read more

The service I received at pro nails (6/23/17) was good my nail tech was very nice and made sure that I was satisfied with my pedi every step of the way I had some issues with my feet after not getting them done for months :) but she got my feet back to picture perfect I was very satisfied the place was clean and the other nail techs were also friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and received services right away with no wait. I came in here on a whim because I wanted to try acrylics for the first time. It was really affordable ($30) and I'm so happy with how they look. My only complaint is that I was in there alone and all the workers spoke another language to each other the entire time and I was looking forward to friendly small talk...but instead I just sat there in silence for 45 minutes. Nope. The search continues for a nail salon where they treat you with kindness and a little respect. My nail tech didn't want to do what I asked for and acted like she didn't understand. She was extremely rude, basically anything I asked about, I was told I was wrong. My opinion didn't matter. So, of course my full set of acrylics turned out just ok. Better than nothing. Plus, the process was painful! She kept hurting me with the file and then yelled at me for moving. They were crooked and the top coat wasn't even shiny. She spoke Vietnamese the whole time, seemed like she was making fun of me with her colleague. I'm a busy working mom and rarely do something for myself. It was my birthday and I was treating myself for once, but they treated me like crap. I'll find another salon. There's one on every corner. read more
